The Springboard

Pathfinder International

For nearly 70 years, Pathfinder International has worked alongside communities in more than 100 countries to advance the health and rights of women and girls. The Springboard is born from what we’ve learned: that the most powerful solutions come from women who’ve looked at broken systems and decided to build better ones. This podcast is where we amplify those voices. The Springboard hosts intergenerational conversations between women leaders and founders actively working to transform the systems that don’t work for women.
