    Wanting More Profit Isn’t Greed

📘 Download the Reformed Father Playbook here: https://pod.reformingfatherhood.com/playbook Wanting More Profit Isn’t Greed is an episode for Christian fathers building businesses who feel the tension between ambition, provision, and faithfulness. A lot of Christian men feel guilty for wanting their business to grow. They want more profit, more margin, more stability, and more options for their family, but they also know ambition can become dangerous when it starts ruling the heart. In this video, I make the case that wanting more profit is not automatically greed. Scripture does not treat wealth as evil. It treats wealth as good, powerful, and dangerous in the hands of sinful people. The problem is not profit itself. The problem is what profit becomes when it turns into mammon, when money becomes a master, a source of identity, or the thing a man trusts to keep him safe. We look at Genesis, Revelation, stewardship, business, fatherhood, and the hidden ways ambition can slowly take over a man’s household. I also walk through three questions every Christian father building a business should ask: 1. Who eats first when the week gets hard? 2. Could you lose it and still be grounded? 3. What is the money actually for? The goal is not to shame men for wanting to build. The goal is to help Christian fathers build under God, for the good of others, with their household getting their best. Download the Reformed Father Playbook above and use it this week to lead your home with more intention while you build. Until next time, rule well. In this episode, I walk through the Daily 15: five moves you can do anywhere in about fifteen minutes. It's the routine I actually use, and teach to all my clients. What's in this video: -Why discipline isn't the real reason your mornings keep collapsing -The role of hydration in waking up clear-headed -A simple way to read Scripture and pray that actually sticks -The one question that gives the day a focus -Why 25 pushups before coffee changes how the rest of the day goes -The math: 15 minutes a day for ten years is roughly 900 hours. Compounded consistency beats heroic bursts every time. I'm Chris Cirullo. Former Army Ranger, four combat deployments, now a father coaching other fathers. The Daily 15 is built for the man who shows up on the bad days, not just the photogenic ones. If you've been overwhelmed by the idea of a "perfect" routine, start here. Small, repeatable, durable. 5 Simple Habits to Maximize Your Life in 2026

If you want a free custom 8-week plan of MEIs best suited for you and your season of life and your constraints, take the fatherhood strength assessment: https://yt.missionfit.co/assessment They say if you want to change your life you’ve got to: - Add a bunch of new habits - Make your habits bigger and more meaningful - Spend hours a day rewiring your mindset - Go big or go home - Follow what the people at the top are doing. Cool story. I tried all of that. And chances are you’ve tried some of that before too. Some of it worked. A lot of it made life worse. This video is about the advice that sounds smart coming from these instagram and YouTube influencers…but is quietly preventing you from seeing actual, meaningful change in your life. I’ve done it all. Big changes. Small changes. Stacked habits. Solo habits. One at a time. Several all at once. What I learned as a result is simple: Consistency beats Intensity. Complexity kills execution. Most men dismiss the small faithful things. If you can fix these, you can radically change your life, but it will take a little time and follow-through (which of course is WAY easier when you’re installing MEIs) Just think, if you had done the small consistent way starting out years ago, you’d be a radically different human being by now. Minimum effective inputs. They’re everyone’s best friend that they didn’t know they needed. Get full access to Chris Cirullo at chriscirullo.substack.com/subscribe
