What it reveals was designed before the Second was buried — a counter-architecture, built by Dr. Amara Voss while the Second was still being constructed, waiting for an alliance capable of using it.The kill map is complete. The defragmentation begins. And the Second does what it always does when cornered: It hides inside the systems people need to survive. Hospitals. Pensions. Dam certification.Emergency transport.
