Dave Dembowski is a commercial transformation executive with more than 20 years of building and scaling technology businesses across public-company and private-equity-backed environments.  He has led organizations and P&Ls generating $300M+ in revenue, built high-performing global teams, and helped companies turn new technologies, changing customer expectations, and market disruption into sustainable growth. David is particularly focused on the commercial potential of artificial intelligence and how AI can transform products, customer experiences, and enterprise workflows.  He has led commercialization and go-to-market strategy for AI-powered technology recognized with IBC Innovation Awards in both 2024 and 2025.  David is also an active writer and speaker on leadership, technology, AI, media, and business transformation, with more than 100 published articles and appearances at industry forums including Cannes Lions, IBC, StreamTV, Adweek, and Google Summits.  His work has put him in rooms with some of the world's largest technology companies, broadcasters, media organizations, and sports properties. Whether transforming an established business, scaling a new revenue engine, integrating an acquisition, or preparing a company for its next stage of growth, David's focus remains consistent: align people, strategy, and execution to turn transformation into measurable results.

    J. Kimball Johnson

If you ever thought there was an author in you, you'll enjoy listening to J. Kimball's story. Here's his thoughts in his writing... Winners write the stories we remember. What interests me is what gets left out.The omitted fact. The buried motive. The inconvenient version of events that no longer fits the accepted narrative. That is the work behind Veritas Silentii… The Forgotten History Project: exploring the truths that survive in the silences of history, and asking who benefited when those truths disappeared from view.I came to this work by an unusual route. For more than twenty years, I led a global brand strategy consultancy, helping organizations define the narratives that shaped how markets, customers and employees understood them. That experience taught me something important: every lasting brand narrative rests on a core truth... something that runs through what an organization is, what it does, and why people believe it matters. The story can change. The truth underneath it cannot. That idea stayed with me.My early training in advanced STEM disciplines led me to a systems-analysis mindset that I never really left. I still tend to see organizations, cultures, and societies as complex systems shaped by information, uncertainty, incentives, and the forces that determine which ideas survive.Today, those interests converge in my focus on enduring patterns of power that continue to shape our world long after they disappear from the official record.History remembers great civilizations, decisive battles, and celebrated leaders. Yet beneath the official record lie forgotten people, overlooked ideas, erased experiences, and recurring patterns whose influence never truly disappeared. What is the truth beneath the story… and what happens when what was left out begins to return?
