What happens when a traumatic brain injury puts you on a path to try every healing modality and gives you a completely different way of seeing life? Lani Cooper, has started multiple successful businesses, exited 3 of them already, and is now the founder and CEO of MOBOT, the world's first patented foam roller water bottle. But behind her success is an extraordinary story of growing up as a Jehovah’s Witness, addiction, a life-changing brain injury, and a healing journey that shaped not only her life but the business she built. In this episode of The Spirit Collective, Ariane de Bonvoisin sits down with Lani to explore the many healing options available today. They talk about recovery from all types of trauma, nervous system regulation, heart-mind coherence, psychedelic therapy, entrepreneurship, embodied leadership, and the power of community. Together, they discuss what truly helps us heal, why integration matters more than quick fixes, and how our greatest challenges can become the foundation for resilience, purpose, and lasting transformation. I believe we have all the answers inside ourselves and sometimes we just need a guiding hand to remember, listen and hear! All of the above can open doors, give you tools, help you see things differently and create an encounter with yourself… but then you have to integrate, adopt it and live it. That’s probably been one of my biggest lessons. My spiritual practice used to be something I DID. Now it’s much more about how I LIVE and love 🤍Stay curious, ask lots of questions, take your time and find people you really trust. ~ Lani Cooper About Ariane de Bonvoisin: Ariane de Bonvoisin is the founder of The Spirit Collective, a podcast at the intersection of success and spirituality.
