#7:Why Talking About Death Might Be the Kindest Thing You Do|Sarah @Livingunderstaffed

In episode 7, I meet the incredible Sarah, podcast veteran, virtual assistant, and founder of a digital estate business born out of a childhood tragedy most people never speak about out loud. We talk about what it means to lose yourself inside a marriage without noticing it's happening, why grieving a parent who's still alive is its own kind of heartbreak, and how surviving a house fire that took her siblings shaped a business built entirely around making sure no one else loses everything without a plan. This one gets honest about the parts of healing nobody puts on a vision board unmedicated depression, sibling loss, funeral logistics, the mental load women carry even after they're gone. Because sometimes rebuilding doesn't mean starting over. It means finally giving yourself what you were never given. Thank you for being here and for listening to the show. 🤍 Follow Sarah & Living Understaffed: 📸 Instagram:https://www.instagram.com/livingunderstaffed/ & https://www.instagram.com/cacklepresence/ 🎵 TikTok:Living Understaffed on TikTok ▶️ Living Understaffed (podcast):Living Understaffed Link Tree:https://linktr.ee/understaffedpod?utm_source=ig&utm_medium=social&utm_content=link_in_bio Follow The Bold Blueprint: 📸 Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/theb0ldblueprint 🎵 TikTok: www.tiktok.com/@theb0ldblueprint ▶️ YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@the.b0ldblueprint

#4.How To Come Home To Yourself After Years Of Running | Sophia Graniela

In Episode 4, I sit down with Sophia Graniela , an EFT practitioner, a self-expression and podcast guide, and the woman who's the whole reason this show exists. Sophia grew up in a tiny town in upstate New York. No stoplight, no cell service. A loud, creative, "too much" little girl with huge dreams and that felt out of place. We talk about what it actually does to you to grow up feeling like the black sheep, to carry a father wound for fifteen years, and to numb everything you didn't know how to feel. We talk about the morning she looked in the mirror at twenty-nine and decided she couldn't keep living that way. Sophia shares her journey how she found the way to come home to herself. Because the thing that broke you was never proof that something's wrong with you. You were never the problem. You were just a kid carrying something that was never yours to carry. And sometimes the boldest thing you can do is go back, take her hand, and remind her she was always enough. She inspires me to start, and I'm grateful for her sharing her story with me. Thank you for being here and for listening to the show. 🤍 Follow Sophia Graniela: 📸 Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/sophiagraniela/ 🎵 TikTok:sophia on TikTok ▶️ Her Journey Home (podcast):Her Journey Home- Conversations for Women Rebuilding in their 30s & Wanting to Share Their Story https://www.youtube.com/@herjourneyhome Follow The Bold Blueprint: 📸 Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/theb0ldblueprint 🎵 TikTok: www.tiktok.com/@theb0ldblueprint ▶️ YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@the.b0ldblueprint

#3. How To Belong To Yourself | Camille Duquette

In Episode 3, I sit down with my best friend Camille Duquette, an artist, a photographer, a teacher, and the person who's known me longer than almost anyone. Fifteen years and counting. Camille is a kid of the world, as we call ourselves. She grew up between London, Houston, and Montreal, finally settling in Montreal . We talk about what it actually does to you to grow up on the move, to carry two names and two identities, and to walk away from the "safe" path everyone expected for you. We talk about the six-year-old who once looked in the mirror and promised she'd become the woman she was meant to be. Camille has a passion to learn, and that's exactly the journey she shares with us. Because belonging was never about the place. It was about becoming someone you're proud to come home to. And sometimes the boldest thing you can do is keep the promise you made to her and become her. We've had fifteen years of these conversations. This is the first one we recorded. Thank you for being here and for listening to the show. 🤍 Follow Camille Duquette: 📸 Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/camomille.rose Camille work:https://www.instagram.com/objets.rescapes/ Camille music : https://www.instagram.com/rose_bloomfield_and_lolovsky/ 🎨 Magazine article about Camille work: camille-rose-duquette.univer.se Follow The Bold Blueprint: 📸 Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/theb0ldblueprint 🎵 TikTok: www.tiktok.com/@theb0ldblueprint ▶️ YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@the.b0ldblueprint
