    Back to School // Ephesians 2 - God's Masterpiece

    As a new school year and new season begins, September can bring excitement, change, and plenty of uncertainty. In this message from Ephesians 2:6–10, we’re reminded of a powerful truth: we are God’s workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which He has prepared in advance for us to do. Through stories of childhood crafts and a memorable treasure hunt prepared by a grandfather, we explore what it means to know that we are deeply loved, intentionally created, and precious to God - not because of what we achieve, how well we perform, or what other people think of us, but simply because we belong to Him. As we step into a new school year, we don’t have to walk into it alone. God has already gone before us. He has prepared the way, and He invites us to partner with Him in the ordinary moments of our lives - in classrooms, friendships, decisions, challenges, and everything in between. “For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared ahead of time for us to do.” Ephesians 2:10 May this message encourage you to see the year ahead not simply as another routine, but as an adventure with Jesus - knowing that you are His, you are loved, and there is nothing left for you to prove.     Summer in the Psalms // Psalm 113-118 - The Psalms Jesus Sang

    What do we do when the victory we are expecting doesn’t look anything like we imagined? In this sermon, we explore the Psalms Jesus and His disciples would have sung on the night before the cross—particularly Psalms 113–118, the Passover hymns. These songs reminded God’s people of His faithfulness, deliverance and enduring love. Yet Jesus sang them knowing that betrayal, suffering and death were immediately ahead. Psalm 118 declares, “Give thanks to the Lord, for he is good; his love endures forever.” But what does it mean to sing those words when everything seems to be falling apart? As we follow Jesus from the upper room to the cross, we are reminded that there is victory in the broken places. Jesus became the Passover Lamb, laid down His life, and through the cross brought us into the presence of God. During the sermon, the praise band also leads us in “Forever We Will Thank You for the Cross” by KXC, echoing the central message of the sermon: whatever our circumstances may look like, we can look to the cross and remember that Christ has won the victory.

    Summer in the Psalms // Psalm 23 - The Good Shepherd

    In this message from our Summer in the Psalms series, we explore Psalm 23 through the stories of Jesus sharing meals with people — from the feeding of the five thousand, to the Last Supper, to breakfast with the disciples after the resurrection. Jesus is revealed as the Good Shepherd who provides, walks with us through the valleys, restores us when we fail, and prepares a table for us even in difficult places. But the invitation doesn't stop with being fed. As Jesus says to Peter, “Feed my sheep.” This sermon asks what it might look like for us to move from simply receiving God's grace to becoming people who welcome, serve and feed others. It also looks forward to the ultimate feast — the marriage supper of the Lamb — and the hope of God's story being brought to completion.

    Summer in the Psalms // Psalm 139 - Known, Loved and Never Alone

    What does it mean to know that God truly knows you? In this message from Psalm 139, Dwain explores the deeply personal nature of God - a God who knows us completely, is present with us wherever we go, and has been involved in our lives from before we were born. The message looks honestly at what it means to feel different, to walk through seasons of darkness, and to wonder where God is when life becomes difficult. Psalm 139 reminds us that there is nowhere we can go where God's presence cannot reach us, and that every person has been intentionally and wonderfully made by Him. We also consider David's prayer, "Search me, O God," and what it means to allow God to examine our hearts, reveal what needs to change, and lead us towards a life that reflects Him. Looking at David's life, we're encouraged to shift our focus from chasing outcomes to pursuing the One who leads us. Rather than searching for signs or trying to map out every step, we're invited to walk closely with the Good Shepherd, trusting that He is faithful, He is good, and He is enough. As the Psalm points us towards Jesus, we're reminded that because He has conquered death, we can place our lives confidently in His hands.     In this message from Acts 5, we follow the apostles as they face opposition, pressure, and persecution for sharing the good news of Jesus. Arrested, warned to stay silent, and even beaten for their faith, they continued to stand firm because they knew one simple truth: God was with them. As we look at their courage and obedience, we're reminded that following Jesus isn't always easy. There will be challenges, difficult moments, and times when faith feels costly. Yet the same God who strengthened the early church is still present with us today, in the highs and in the valleys. This message encourages us to ask: when life becomes difficult, where are we placing our trust? Because when God is at work, no obstacle, pressure, or opposition can stop His plans.     Children's Day // Moses - The Story Continues

    In this special Children’s Sunday message , Lucy takes us through the story of Moses, Joshua, and the battle against Amalek to discover that everyone has a part to play in God’s Kingdom. Through a picture of teamwork, prayer, and supporting one another, we're reminded that God uses people of every age and generation for His purposes. Just as Moses, Joshua, Aaron, and Hur each had a role, we are all called to encourage, serve, pray, and help carry one another through life. This message celebrates the importance of children and young people in the life of the Church and reminds us that they are not just the future of the Church, they are a vital part of it right now.
