    How Do We Stay Grounded When Everything and Nothing Changes?

    In this episode, we confront the idea that “everything is changing while nothing is changing,” hoping to gain a new perspective on it as we navigate life’s transitions. We introduce and discuss a thread by writing coach, Yetunde Omobolanle (@divayetty), to acknowledge our frustrations with the realities we contend with daily: maintaining a personal brand while navigating a struggling economy, an imbalanced workforce, an unaffordable housing market, and a broken dating scene.
