Nuances with Nura

Nura

I believe our experiences shape us for a reason. We all carry unique stories and trauma, and healing begins when we’re willing to feel it and genuinely want to do and feel and show up better. This podcast offers different perspectives to help calm the nervous system, challenge old patterns, and see situations through another lens. I share my experiences honestly, openly, and without filter. Some conversations will be light, others will be uncomfortable. I plan to explore vulnerable topics, difficult truths, and some of the darker places I’ve seen and lived through, because healing doesn’t happen by avoiding what hurts, it happens when we’re willing to look at it. Even though our trauma is unique to each of us, I want this to be a space where people feel less alone in their experiences. A place where difficult conversations aren't met with judgment, shame, or fear. Because maybe what I’ve been through, you’ve been through too. You never have to share your story. But my hope is that something in these conversations helps you feel seen, valued, heard, understood, and a little less alone whatever it is your going through or have overcome. If this resonates, great. If it doesn’t, that’s okay too. Nuances with Nura exists to explore the gray areas of human behaviour, challenge limiting perspectives, and encourage growth through awareness rather than victimhood. If something here feels uncomfortable or quietly familiar, you’re probably in the right place.
