Brian shares a showroom story about how being aware of one's inventory can gain consumer confidence and earn you a sale over another dealership.     Podcast Season 2 Ep 6 Bobby and Brian Talk About Not Selling off a Screen and Trade Situations

    In this somewhat experimental episode of East Carolina RIDEs Brian and Bobby talk about numerous subjects and in a more off the cuff discussion get into the advantages of selling on the lot versus selling off a screen, the disadvantages of having to sell as an individual, and what the trade offs are to make more selling a vehicle on a private sale. The guys get into topics of how the car business can leave little time for much else than the business at times among other personal challenges. This episode had a litte snag in processing while simulating a live broadcast and so unfortunately there are audio issues, but as we get closer to hosting a live podcast we hope to iron out issues like these and continue providing a high quality experience.     Podcast Season 2 Ep 5 Brian and Bobby Talk About the Stellantis Shift and Leadership Changes

    This week's episode of East Carolina RIDEs delves into the tides changing for the factory and the leadership within the Stellantis ranks and get into how the changes have lately been for the better and improving customer engagement and continuing on the path of performance instead of the miscue that happened with prior leadership. They talk about how the changes in the business over the years have affected the dealerships within the Stellantis umbrella and how the new changes are building the company back up and making it easier for a dealership like East Carolina Chrysler Dodge jeep RAM Lincoln to give customers what they want in the product line-up. As they go into a few tangents and unrelated discussions and metaphors for how they interpret these changes, thankfully the technical glitches have subsided for now and we push forward to the end of the month trying to get those last important sales.     This week's episode of East Carolina Rides is back in focus, but in the tradition of dealing with technical difficulties we had a bit of a wardrobe malfunction with Brian wearing the same color as the green screen behind us! We continue trucking on and in this episode the guys share their stories this week that focus on the values instilled in the dealership with relationships being at the forefront and continuing to act with integrity and discipline always aiming for excellence! Looking out for customers is one way we can show our appreciation even if they may have trouble with a vehicle they didn't necessarily purchase from us, which Brian exemplifies with his story. The fact of the matter is, we don't always have exactly what someone may be looking for, but we can keep alternatives in the back of our mind when it comes to switch cars, and Bobby discusses how that converted into a sale.
