#71 September Messages For Your Soul

September Soul Messages: Eclipse Renewal, Releasing the Trickster & Your Big Bold Vision Between the solar and lunar eclipses, this has been a karmic month, and Michelle brings her downloads from spirit straight to the cards. This reading centers on the "trickster": the people who say they're there for you but don't show up, and the old "shoulds" that keep you people-pleasing instead of trusting yourself. Through the Knight of Cups, the Tower and Ten of Pentacles (reversed), the Ten of Swords, and the King of Wands, Michelle maps where September will challenge you and where your spirit team is showing up to support you, sharing her own story of divorce, career pivots, and the years it took to trust herself again. The prescription she lands on: stop comparing your journey to anyone else's, build a real gratitude practice, honor the heartbreak instead of rushing past it, and take one small step toward the big, bold vision that's calling you. Because renewal only happens on the other side of letting something go, and this month, you're invited to celebrate simply being here, exactly as you are. #70 Making Sense of Chaos

The Tower card in tarot shows lightning striking a tower. Everything falls. And most people are terrified of it. Michelle Wright is not. In this episode she explains why The Tower is one of the most important cards a woman in the middle of divorce, breakdown, or major life upheaval can pull. Not because chaos is fun. But because Tower Moments, when we know how to move through them, become the most transformative chapters of a woman's life. Michelle shares the practices that helped her shift from experiencing chaos as punishment to finding meaning inside it. Nervous system calming tools. Prayer. Breathing. Meditation. Journaling. Gratitude. Daily card pulls. The influence of Carolyn Myss and her mother's Reiki practice. And the slow, honest, decades-long movement from victim consciousness to curiosity and purposeful growth. This is the episode that explains everything else Michelle teaches. #69 How Do I Shift After Divorce?

Your body is sending signals you do not recognize. Your mind will not stop spiralling. And somewhere in the middle of all of it you are trying to figure out who you are now and what comes next. This is the episode that meets you there. In this introduction to From Divorce to Divinely Designed, Michelle Wright shares the framework she has used personally and with the women she mentors to navigate divorce and major life transitions from the inside out. The nervous system tools that calm the body when it feels under siege. The journaling practices that move grief through rather than numbing it into silence. The mindset shifts that stop the spiral and open the door to genuine possibility. And the reframe that changes everything. This is not happening to you. It is happening for you. This one is for the woman who is in between worlds right now. She is exactly where she needs to be to hear it.   Book a 1:1 Reclaiming You with me: https://michellewright.as.me/?appointmentType=80146558   Watch me on YouTube: youtube.com/@leadwithyoursoul   Work With Me - michellewright.co   Connect With Me: Instagram - michellewright.co Facebook - michellewright.co Email - leadwithyoursoulpodcast@gmail.com 00:00 #69 How Do I Shift After Divorce? 01:35 The Nervous System & Cognitive Overload 06:39 Building Your Professional Team 09:49 Calming the Nervous System 14:37 Mind Reframing: Cancel, Delete, Edit 18:48 Reframe: It's Happening For You 22:40 The Spiritual Shift & Oracle Cards 25:25 Journaling & Moving Forward

#68 August Messages For Your Soul

August is asking something of you. In this Monthly Messages for Your Soul episode, Michelle records from the shores of a Saskatchewan lake and pulls from multiple oracle and tarot decks to deliver the soul-level guidance this month is carrying. With eclipse season unfolding and Leo season amplifying the invitation to be seen, the cards are centering on one essential question. Are you willing to focus on the light? The reading opens with grounding into the earth, connection to your ancestor and spirit team, and an invitation to receive only what resonates. The oracle cards speak to the power of being rooted, the permission to shine exactly as you are, and the choice between love and fear that eclipse season consistently asks us to make. The tarot deepens the conversation. The love path moves through the Ten of Wands, The Fool, and The Emperor, offering guidance around releasing burdens that were never yours, embracing new beginnings with openness rather than armour, and building structure that supports rather than confines. The fear path surfaces blocks around receiving abundance, the resistance to rest, and the places where impatience is costing you more than you realize. Temperance, the Ace of Cups, and the wisdom of Elder Eagle offer the prescription. Breath as rebirth. Worthiness as a practice. And the quiet revolutionary act of choosing to put your attention on what is growing rather than what has fallen. This episode is for the woman who is learning, one breath at a time, to let herself be held by something larger than her own effort. #67 Sharlene’s Healing Journey and Moon Messages For You

Some friendships are born in the most unexpected places. This one began in an online oracle card course, and it changed everything for both of them. In this episode Michelle welcomes back Sharlene, calling in from Australia, for a conversation that moves through heartbreak, rebirth, soul sisterhood, and the quiet magic of learning to follow joy when grief has made it hard to remember what joy even feels like. Sharlene shares two relationships that shaped her healing journey in very different ways. The first, a controlling partnership she found the courage to leave after having a baby, brought grief and relief in equal measure. The second, a nine-year relationship undone by alcoholism, ended by text. Between those two chapters she built something that mattered more than either of them: a life grounded in her own worth, her own intuition, and a community of women who saw her clearly. That community began with Colette Baron-Reid's oracle card courses, where Sharlene met Michelle and their beloved friend Suzanne, who has since passed from a heart attack. The three of them grew together in ways that only women who have done the real inner work can understand. This conversation covers the moments in readings that make you say you cannot make this up, the practice of asking for signs and trusting what arrives, and what it actually looks like to follow joy as a spiritual practice rather than a destination. Sharlene pulls the Yin card. Michelle pulls Bat Spirit: Rebirth is Assured. The cards, as always, know exactly what they are doing. The second half of the episode moves into this month's moon and eclipse themes, with Sharlene sharing the energies at play and reflective journaling prompts to help you move through them with intention. This one is for the woman who has loved, lost, and is slowly, bravely learning to trust that rebirth is not just possible. It is assured. #66 Why Healing Feels So Exhausting Before It Feels Free

You Are Not Stuck. You Are in the Goop: Exhaustion, Nervous System Healing, and Finding Joy in the In-Between There is a season in the healing journey that nobody warns you about. It comes after the shock has worn off and before the clarity arrives. It is the in-between. The goop. The place where everything you were has dissolved and what you are becoming has not yet taken shape. This episode is for the woman who is living there right now. Recording from her cottage deck in rural Saskatchewan, Michelle responds to an Instagram question about exhaustion during major life transitions and offers something more than reassurance. She explains what is actually happening in the nervous system when the ground shifts beneath you, why the mental loop of searching for answers is not a flaw but a survival response, and how to begin calming the system without bypassing the grief. The conversation moves through practical grounding tools, breathwork, somatic practices, walking, meditation, and the often overlooked power of building a real support team around yourself. Michelle also speaks honestly about her own journey through shame, self-talk, and the slow reclamation of self-love, and shares how nature, surrender, and the small signs between the hard moments became the language her healing spoke. This is not a bypass. This is an honest, grounded, soul-level look at what it means to move through the goop with grace.   Book a 1:1 Reclaiming You with me: https://michellewright.as.me/?appointmentType=80146558   Watch me on YouTube: youtube.com/@leadwithyoursoul   Work With Me - michellewright.co   Connect With Me: Instagram - michellewright.co Facebook - michellewright.co Email - leadwithyoursoulpodcast@gmail.com 00:00 Welcome and Grounding 00:59 Emotional Waves After Divorce 01:49 Why the Mind Spirals 04:34 Nervous System Exhaustion 06:02 Breathwork and Somatic Tools 08:15 Cognitive Load and the Goop 09:56 Build Your Support Team 11:24 Soul Reframe Happening for You 14:01 Shame and Cancel Delete 18:51 Grief Grace and Self Nurture 20:28 Finding Joy in New Identity 23:27 Signs Messages and Trust 25:33 Surrender Envy and Love Path 29:20 Resources and Closing Blessing

#65 The Affair, the Boundaries, the Becoming with Rachel Gossett Prt 2

What do you do when the life you built is dismantled not just by divorce, but by betrayal? In part two of this conversation, Michelle sits back down with Rachel Gossett to go deeper into the layers that breathwork and somatic healing alone cannot always reach. Rachel shares the full arc: a 2009 marriage, the shock of her husband moving out in 2016, and the discovery of his infidelity in 2017 that became the moment she chose herself and her son over the life she had known. Rachel speaks honestly about the financial and emotional toll of that decision, the shame she carried quietly, and the commitment she made from the beginning to never speak ill of her son's father. That commitment became the foundation of a co-parenting relationship that eventually supported something rare: a genuinely healthy blended family. But the healing did not stop at co-parenting. Rachel shares how breathwork helped her release the energetic ties that outlasted the marriage itself, and how the harshest catalyst for her growth came not from the divorce but from the judgment of conservative in-laws who rejected her Reiki practice and spiritual beliefs entirely. What followed was an Instagram confrontation, a period of being shunned, and ultimately the most clarifying question she had ever faced: was she willing to hide who she was in order to stay acceptable to people who had already decided she was not enough? She chose authenticity. This episode is about what that costs, and what it gives back. Rachel can be found at @reikibyrae and offers Reiki, breathwork, intuitive sessions, and her Reclaiming Your Light mentorship.   Book a 1:1 Reclaiming You with me: https://michellewright.as.me/?appointmentType=80146558   Watch me on YouTube: youtube.com/@leadwithyoursoul   Work With Me - michellewright.co   Connect With Me: Instagram - michellewright.co Facebook - michellewright.co Email - leadwithyoursoulpodcast@gmail.com 04:23 The Paris Affair The moment Rachel discovers the infidelity. The turning point the entire episode builds from. 08:52 From Shame to Forgiveness Rachel names the shame she carried and how she began to move through it. Deeply resonant for your audience. 10:50 Co-Parenting With Respect A practical and values-driven conversation about choosing her son's wellbeing over her own pain. 20:22 Breathwork Breakthrough How somatic healing released what therapy alone could not reach. 30:28 Conservative Family Clash The spiritual rejection that became her greatest catalyst for self-worth and boundaries. 40:49 Shunned But Stronger What happened after she stopped hiding and the community that found her because of it. 49:06 Boundaries and Healing The practical and energetic work of reclaiming yourself after years of shrinking.
