    When the Door Delays

    There is a particular kind of ache that comes from knowing you were called, standing at the door, and watching it stay shut. Not denied. Just delayed. You have prayed, prepared, and positioned yourself, and still the opening you were promised has not come.     The Qualification Lie — Why God Does Not Wait for You to Feel Ready

    Many gifted leaders rehearse the same private sentence: I am not qualified enough yet. It sounds humble, but it often functions as a lie that stands between a leader and their obedience.     Episode 6: The Fear of Man — Breaking the Snare That Silences Your Calling

    The fear of man rarely announces itself. It settles quietly into the life of a leader, and for many, it becomes the reason a calling goes unfulfilled. Proverbs 29:25 (KJV) says, "The fear of man bringeth a snare: but whoso putteth his trust in the LORD shall be safe." In this episode, Pastor Hezekiah Usim names four ways the fear of man shows up in emerging leaders: people-pleasing disguised as servanthood, silence in the room, editing your obedience, and identity borrowing.
