    What's Your Ideal Testosterone Number?

📌 Learn more about Action TRT: https://actiontrt.com/ You finally got your testosterone checked. Now you are staring at one number, wondering if it is good or not. Here is the truth nobody tells you: there is no universal target number that works for every man. In this episode, I'm going to walk you through two real patient cases with nearly identical starting symptoms who needed completely different testosterone numbers to feel their best, and explain exactly how to find your own. ⏱️ TIMESTAMPS  0:00 What's Your Ideal Testosterone Number? 0:41 Why I used to think 1000 was the target  1:41 Patient one hits 1000 and still feels off  2:11 Pushing his dose to 1200 to feel right 2:37 Patient two levels out at 850 and feels amazing  3:47 Why SHBG changes everything about your number  5:06 The two things I weigh equally for every patient  5:56 What to do if your labs look perfect but you feel flat  6:01 The exact steps to take tonight with your own labs  6:54 Chase how you feel, not someone else's number ❓ QUESTIONS ANSWERED  What is the ideal testosterone number for TRT?  There is no single ideal number. The right target depends on your SHBG levels, how much testosterone is actually available to your body, and how you feel, not just what is written on a lab report.  Why do two men with the same symptoms need different testosterone levels?  Sex hormone binding globulin, or SHBG, locks up testosterone in the body so it cannot be used. A man with lower SHBG may feel great at 850, while a man with higher SHBG may need 1200 to get the same usable amount.  How do I know if my TRT dose is right for me?  Compare your latest labs against how you actually feel right now, not just against a number that worked for someone else. If your labs look normal but you still feel flat, that is real information that your dose needs adjusting. 🎥 Watch Next: Injections, Gels, or Pellets Which TRT Method Is Best → https://youtu.be/cMSu78VsQQk 📱 RESOURCES Website: https://actiontrt.com/  YouTube: https://youtube.com/@actiontrt  Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/actiontrthighperformance  Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/officialactiontrt 🔔 New episodes every week on hormone optimization, men's health, and what nobody explains in a standard seven-minute appointment. BEFORE YOU START PEPTIDES, WATCH THIS

🎁 Learn more about Action TRT: https://actiontrt.com/ You can spend thousands of dollars on peptides and never see a single change in your body. That is not because peptides are garbage. It is because most guys ask the wrong question first. They jump straight to picking a compound before checking if their body is even set up to respond to it. In this episode, I'm going to walk you through the four questions you need to answer before you ever ask which peptide to take. ⏱️ TIMESTAMPS  0:00 BEFORE YOU START PEPTIDES, WATCH THIS 0:29 Is your body actually ready  1:57 Same protocol, two totally different results  3:02 Are you solving the right problem  3:59 Why stacking peptides can backfire  5:00 Is it even the real peptide  6:19 Are you measuring the right thing  7:05 The one thing to remember before you start  7:38 What we do differently at our clinic  8:04 The bottom line before you buy ❓ QUESTIONS ANSWERED  Q: Why don't peptides work for everyone?  A: A peptide only sends a signal. It cannot force a response if your body isn't in a position to act on that signal, so the same protocol can produce very different results in two different men depending on their underlying hormone health and metabolic state.  Q: Are research peptides the same as pharmacy grade peptides?  A: No. Pharmacy grade peptides are made in sterile conditions with the dose verified before it reaches you, while many peptides sold online as research compounds have no prescription, no oversight, and no guarantee of what is actually in the vial. That difference alone can explain why one man gets real results and another gets nothing at all.  Q: Should I start a peptide based on how I feel?  A: A feeling is not a lab result. Starting a peptide based on symptoms alone, without testing first, means you might be chasing a problem that was never actually there, and you could end up masking a deeper hormonal issue instead of fixing it. 📱 RESOURCES Website: https://actiontrt.com/  YouTube: https://youtube.com/@actiontrt  Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/actiontrthighperformance  Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/officialactiontrt 🔔 New episodes every week on hormone optimization, men's health, and what nobody explains in a standard seven-minute appointment. Injections, Gels, or Pellets: Which TRT Method Is Best?

📌 Learn more about Action TRT: https://actiontrt.com/ I have run injections, gels, and pellets on over a thousand men in my own clinic. One method wins clearly, and it is not the one most guys assume. If you are trying to figure out which TRT delivery method actually works, this is the honest breakdown. In this episode, I'm going to break down the real pros and cons of gels, pellets, and injections, based on what we have actually measured in patients, not what sounds easiest on paper. ⏱️ TIMESTAMPS 0:00 Injections, Gels, or Pellets: Which TRT Method Is Best? 0:19 Why gels seem like the easy option 0:53 The absorption problem with gels and creams 1:07 The skin transfer risk nobody warns you about 1:33 Why we stopped offering gels in our clinic 1:37 How pellets work and why they sound perfect 1:53 The locked dose problem with pellets 3:15 Why pellet levels spike then crash 4:23 Why injections let us adjust based on labs and symptoms 7:12 The exact protocol we run at Action TRT ❓ QUESTIONS ANSWERED Q: Which TRT method is best, injections, gels, or pellets? A: Injections are the most reliable method because the dose can be adjusted based on labs, symptoms, and how you actually feel. Gels have inconsistent absorption and pellets lock you into one dose for months with no way to correct it. Q: Why do testosterone pellets stop working before the next dose? A: After insertion, testosterone levels spike higher than needed, then slowly decline as the pellets dissolve. By the time you are due for your next round, many men are running low again and feeling the same fatigue that brought them in. Q: Is testosterone gel or cream effective for TRT? A: Gel and cream absorption varies from person to person and even day to day depending on skin, sweat, and how long it sits before drying. There is also a real risk of transferring testosterone to a partner or child through skin contact. 📱 RESOURCES Website: https://actiontrt.com/ YouTube: https://youtube.com/@actiontrt Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/actiontrthighperformance Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/officialactiontrt 🔔 New episodes every week on hormone optimization, men's health, and what nobody explains in a standard seven-minute appointment. Do Testosterone Boosters Actually Work? Here's What 1,200 Patients Taught Me.

📌 Learn more about Action TRT: https://actiontrt.com/ Testosterone boosters work great, for a very specific man. If your levels have actually collapsed, that bottle of ashwagandha is doing nothing for you. After 22 years and over 1,200 patients, I can tell you exactly who boosters help and who they are quietly wasting time and money on. In this episode, I'm going to break down why testosterone boosters only work for mild depletion, why they fail completely once your body has stopped producing enough testosterone, and what a real hormone panel needs to include before you spend another dollar guessing. ⏱️ TIMESTAMPS  0:00 Do Testosterone Boosters Actually Work? Here's What 1,200 Patients Taught Me. 0:38 What zinc, vitamin D, and ashwagandha really do  1:35 Why boosters fail once testosterone has crashed  2:24 How low testosterone kills your drive and dopamine  3:20 The story men tell themselves about their own decline  4:15 What actually shows up on the labs  4:47 The right way to do TRT versus the wrong way  6:03 What happens when TRT is monitored correctly  7:12 Who boosters actually work for  7:55 What a real hormone panel must include ❓ QUESTIONS ANSWERED  Do testosterone boosters actually work?  Yes, but only for men whose testosterone is still functional and who have a mild, confirmed deficiency in a specific nutrient like zinc or vitamin D. For men whose testosterone has genuinely dropped, boosters do nothing measurable. What should a real testosterone lab panel include?  A complete panel includes total testosterone, free testosterone, SHBG, estradiol, and LH, not just one number. Without all five, you cannot tell whether the problem starts in the brain or the testes. Why do testosterone boosters stop working over time?  Boosters only support a body that is mildly stressed or depleted, not one that has stopped producing enough testosterone on its own. Men in that second group often take supplements for years while their labs stay low the entire time. 📱 RESOURCES Website: https://actiontrt.com/ YouTube: https://youtube.com/@actiontrt Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/actiontrthighperformance Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/officialactiontrt 🔔 New episodes every week on hormone optimization, men's health, and what nobody explains in a standard seven-minute appointment. Low Libido Has One Real Cause. And It's Not Stress.

📌 Learn more about Action TRT: https://actiontrt.com/ You have been lied to about why your sex drive disappeared. It is not stress. It is not your relationship. It is not age. I have treated over 1,200 men for this exact problem, and almost every one of them was blaming the wrong thing. In this episode, I'm going to explain the real, biological reason low libido shows up in men, why stress and relationship problems get blamed instead, and exactly what lab tests you need to ask for to find the truth. ⏱️ TIMESTAMPS 0:00 Low Libido Has One Real Cause. And It's Not Stress. 0:23 Why men blame stress, age, or their relationship 1:13 Why working harder on the wrong answer wastes years 2:28 How to tell if it's hormonal or situational 3:34 My own experience with hidden low testosterone 5:26 Why your doctor said your levels are normal 6:03 Free testosterone versus total testosterone explained 6:39 What to actually ask your doctor for today 7:31 Stress is real, but it does not kill your drive for good ❓ QUESTIONS ANSWERED What causes low libido in men if it's not stress? Low libido that stays flat regardless of circumstances, even on vacation or when a relationship is going well, points to a testosterone problem, not a stress problem. Stress related low libido tends to improve when life calms down, while hormonal low libido does not. Can normal testosterone lab results still mean low testosterone? Yes. Standard lab ranges compare you to every man from 18 to 100, including sick and sedentary men, so a normal total testosterone result can hide a real problem. Many doctors only test total testosterone and skip free testosterone and SHBG, which show what your body can actually use. How do I know if my low libido is hormonal or situational? Think back to a time life was genuinely good, like a vacation or an easy stretch with your partner, and rate your desire honestly during that window. If your drive was still low even then, that points to biology, not circumstances. 📱 RESOURCES Website: https://actiontrt.com/ YouTube: https://youtube.com/@actiontrt Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/actiontrthighperformance Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/officialactiontrt 🔔 New episodes every week on hormone optimization, men's health, and what nobody explains in a standard seven-minute appointment. If You Have Low Testosterone in Orange County, Listen To This

📌 Learn more about Action TRT: https://actiontrt.com/ Your doctor ran a blood test and told you you're normal. You drove home still exhausted, still foggy, still not yourself. That is not a coincidence. That is a measurement system that was never built to catch this. The reference range for testosterone runs from 300 to 1,000. A man at 320 and a man at 900 both get stamped normal. They are not the same man, and they are not the same problem. In this episode, I'm going to show you why that single number your doctor gave you does not tell the full story, what a real hormone evaluation actually includes, and what is available for men in Orange County who are ready to find out what is actually going on. ⏱️ TIMESTAMPS  0:00 If You Have Low Testosterone in Orange County, Watch This 0:20 The slow leak: how T drops 1-2% a year after your mid-20s  0:52 Why your doctor told you you're normal and what that actually means  1:11 The broken 300 to 1,000 testosterone reference range  1:52 Total testosterone vs. free testosterone  2:32 How low T actually shows up in your daily life  3:05 What a real hormone evaluation includes  3:57 Why your protocol has to be built for you specifically  5:22 Mike's story: from giving up to feeling better than in years  6:47 Your next step: free consultation and full lab review ❓ QUESTIONS ANSWERED Q: What are the symptoms of low testosterone in men?  A: Low T rarely shows up as one single thing. It shows up as everything at once: fatigue you cannot sleep off, inability to build muscle despite consistent training, weight in the midsection that will not move, flat mood, short fuse, and zero drive in and out of the bedroom. Most men adapt slowly and start calling it age or stress. It is not. (2:32) Q: Why does my doctor say my testosterone is normal but I still feel terrible?  A: The standard reference range runs from 300 to 1,000 ng/dL. A man at 320 and a man at 900 both get called normal, but those two men are not living the same life. That range was built on population averages, not on what a man needs to feel sharp, strong, and like himself. If your doctor checked one number and stopped, you do not have a real answer yet. (0:52) Q: What is the difference between total testosterone and free testosterone?  A: Total testosterone is the overall amount in your blood, but a large portion of it is bound to proteins and unavailable for your body to use. Free testosterone is the active fraction your body can actually access. A man can have a total number that looks acceptable on paper while his free T is so low his body is running on fumes. A proper evaluation checks both, along with SHBG, estradiol, cortisol, thyroid, and a full metabolic panel. TRT Won't Make You Feel Better. It'll Make You More Dangerous.

📌 Learn more about Action TRT: https://actiontrt.com/ TRT does not just make you feel better. It makes you dangerous. Not the reckless kind. The kind who stops settling. Most men think low testosterone means fatigue and a soft body. It actually means you lost the version of yourself that wanted things, pushed for things, and had an edge. In this episode, I'm going to break down how low testosterone quietly hijacks your drive, why nobody notices it happening until years later, and what actually comes back when you fix it. ⏱️ TIMESTAMPS  0:00 - TRT Won't Make You Feel Better. It'll Make You More Dangerous. 0:24 - You didn't lose energy. You lost yourself. 0:53 - Your body didn't get tired. It got hijacked. 1:20 - How low testosterone actually works (the dopamine connection) 2:17 - The people around you are already watching it happen 2:42 - Three warning signs this is happening to you 3:58 - What actually comes back when you optimize (Tyler's personal story) 4:47 - The confidence and drive that return 5:38 - What to do before the man comes back 6:24 - Three things to write down tonight 6:48 - Final thoughts and next steps ❓ QUESTIONS ANSWERED  Does TRT make you more aggressive?  TRT does not create aggression out of nowhere. It restores the drive, standards, and appetite for your own life that low testosterone quietly took away, which can look like a sharper edge to people used to the diminished version of you. What are the warning signs of low testosterone besides fatigue?  Training without progressing, no longer caring about things that used to matter, and becoming noticeably more agreeable or passive are three signs that testosterone is affecting your decisions, not just your body. What actually changes when you optimize testosterone?  Men typically see a full reassessment of their life, not just more energy. Drive, confidence, and the willingness to stop letting things slide all return, often forcing decisions the low energy version of you had been avoiding. 📱 RESOURCES  Website: https://actiontrt.com/  YouTube: https://youtube.com/@actiontrt  Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/actiontrthighperformance  Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/officialactiontrt 🔔 New episodes every week on hormone optimization, men's health, and what nobody explains in a standard seven-minute appointment. What Treating 1,200 Men Taught Me About Low Testosterone

📌 Learn more about Action TRT: https://actiontrt.com/ Most of what men have been told about testosterone is either incomplete or flat wrong. I have been in medicine for 22 years. I have over 1,200 men on active testosterone protocols at my clinic right now. The version of TRT your doctor describes and the version that actually works are not the same thing, and that gap is what has been keeping men sick. This is not about blaming your doctor. It is about understanding exactly where the standard model breaks down so you can stop following advice that was never going to work. In this episode, I'm going to walk you through the five patterns I see in men who follow standard advice and keep getting nowhere, and what the misinformation around each one is actually costing them. ⏱️ TIMESTAMPS  0:00 After Treating 1,200 Men for Low Testosterone, Most of Them Were Making the Same Mistake 1:42 Pattern 1: Treating low T like a lifestyle problem (and why that logic is backwards)  4:35 Pattern 2: Trusting "normal" without knowing where in the range you actually sit  7:10 Pattern 3: Only testing total testosterone  10:37 Pattern 4: Leading with testosterone boosters instead of real treatment  13:32 Pattern 5: Waiting and why it compounds in ways that are hard to reverse  16:21 What the men who get results actually do differently ❓ QUESTIONS ANSWERED What do doctors commonly get wrong about TRT?  The most common gaps are telling men their testosterone is "normal" without explaining where in the range it sits, testing only total testosterone instead of the full panel that includes free testosterone, SHBG, and estradiol, and prescribing lifestyle changes for a problem that requires a hormonal solution. Is TRT safe despite what most doctors say about it?  The safety concerns most doctors cite around TRT are based on outdated data and are not consistent with the current clinical evidence. The men most at risk are those who go untreated and experience years of compound decline in muscle mass, metabolic function, mood, and cognitive sharpness. What is the difference between total testosterone and free testosterone?  Total testosterone measures how much testosterone is in your blood. Free testosterone measures how much your body can actually use. When SHBG is elevated, it binds up most of your total, leaving usable levels critically low even when the total number looks fine on paper. Free testosterone is the number that runs your body. 📱 RESOURCES  Website: https://actiontrt.com/  YouTube: https://youtube.com/@actiontrt  Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/actiontrthighperformance  Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/officialactiontrt 🔔 New episodes every week on hormone optimization, men's health, and what nobody explains in a standard seven-minute appointment.
