    There is a moment — maybe you know it — when the noise of the world grows so loud that you forget who you are. You forget that you are not just this body, this name, this story of struggle. You forget the spark that has been with you since your soul began its journey. Not because you lost it. Because somewhere, long ago, you fell into a deep amnesia. This meditation is an invitation to wake up from that forgetting. To close your eyes, place your hand on your heart, and remember — you are a divine being. You are a light beam that chose to come here, now, to bring your presence to this planet. You are not separate from God. You are God in action. There is no guilt in having forgotten. The trap was real, and so is the remembering. Right now, the energy on this planet is rising. Every soul is being touched by it. Your heart already holds the key — you only have to open it.     Hello, beautiful souls, For thousands of years, the word God has carried fear instead of love. A judge. A punisher. A distant power above you, watching, waiting for you to fail. But this was never the truth — and somewhere inside, many of us have always known it. In this week’s video, we look at how the word God was misused by religions and spiritual systems, and why so many people have quietly turned away from it as a result. We talk about the rising consciousness on this planet, why love-and-light spirituality is now crumbling, and why facing our shadows — instead of bypassing them — is part of the deep initiation so many of us are living through right now. Because the creator power of God has never been outside of you. You are a piece of divine source itself, carrying the same Christ consciousness that Jesus embodied to show us all: you can do this too.     The Prison I Called Love

    For many years, I lived in a prison I called love. It was in my family. In my friendships. In my partnerships. In my work. And the strange thing is — I did not know it was a prison. I thought the ache I carried was simply what loving someone felt like. The waiting. The hoping they would finally see me. The quiet collapse each time they did not become the person I needed them to be. That ache has a name. Emotional dependency. We carry a picture of how another should love us — and when they do not match it, we are disappointed. The disappointment becomes pain. The pain turns inward. And slowly, without noticing, we hand our power to someone outside of us. I had no one to show me the way out. Life became my teacher. And what I found, after many years, was not a technique. It was a remembering. My inner authority is God. The frequency of God is pure love — and that love already lives within me. It does not have to be earned from anyone. It can never be withheld, never taken away. When I began to remember this — and it takes a daily remembering, a daily practice — something inside me grew quiet and strong. From that place, everything looked different. I could watch the old patterns instead of drowning in them. I laid down the savior complex — the belief that it was my task to rescue everyone. It was not. I can heal myself; I cannot heal another. I learned to set clear boundaries and keep my heart open at the same time. And I learned to let people walk their own path, even when I could see it would be painful — because their soul needed that experience, not my interference. So many of these bonds are old. Karmic. The same roles, repeating across lifetimes, until someone finally chooses to stop playing them. There is a discipline in this that no one warns you about. When the old wound is touched and the emotions rise, I no longer speak from that place. I wait. I let the storm move through my nervous system. And then I speak — calmly, on eye level, with no one above and no one beneath. This is what I most want you to hear: you are whole. You do not need another person to complete you. That is one of the oldest lies. You are already complete — and from that wholeness, real love becomes possible. Not love born of need, but love born of fullness.     When Your Old Life Falls Away

    There is a moment in this journey when your old life stops fitting. The roles you once carried — the ones you performed because they were expected of you — begin to feel false. Friends fall away. The things that used to matter no longer reach you. And underneath it all, a question rises that you cannot un-ask: who am I, beneath the expectations, beneath the programming of the mind? This is not your life falling apart. This is an initiation. In this new video I speak to the souls who are feeling exactly this right now. We look at why old fears and inherited pain are surfacing — why so many old souls came into difficult families to heal their ancestral line, and why this intensity is not a sign that something is wrong with you, but a sign that something ancient is asking to be seen. I also share a simple practice for the moments when a deep fear or pain rises: how to meet it in your heart instead of suppressing it, how to thank it, and how to return to what you truly are — divine in essence, connected to the divine source within. This is the work of our time. To step out of outer authority and back into your own inner authority, your own inner voice. To trust the process, even when the mind cannot grasp it.
