Three Rebel Souls

Three Rebel Souls

Three Rebel Souls is a no-b******t podcast about reclaiming your truth — one messy, magical, and wildly human chapter at a time. Hosted by three women who are still figuring shit out as we go, this is where we tell the stories we were told not to speak. The ones shaped by pain but reclaimed through power, plenty of f-bombs, and laughter. We’re not here to be your gurus. Hell, most days we’re still trying to remember who we are. But we believe that our stories—told honestly and without shame—can be medicine. So come along as we drop the masks, say ‘f**k that’ to anything that dims our fire, and stumble our way through the beauty, the b******t, and everything in between.

    Episode 5: Sovereignty

In this episode of Three Rebel Souls, we’re diving into one of our core values: sovereignty. And no, we’re not talking about becoming cold, closed off, or “I don’t need anybody” independent. We’re talking about the sacred, sometimes messy, often uncomfortable practice of coming back home to yourself. Sovereignty is about being loyal to your own truth first. It’s learning to trust your intuition, honor your needs, name your boundaries, and stop handing your power over to people, systems, stories, and expectations that were never actually yours to carry. In this conversation, we talk about what it means to reclaim choice in our own lives — especially after years of performing, people-pleasing, shrinking, or outsourcing our sense of worth. We share the moments that taught us how hard it can be to choose ourselves, and why doing so isn’t selfish. It’s sacred. Because sovereignty doesn’t mean walking alone. It means being so rooted in who you are that the right people, places, and relationships can actually meet you there. This episode is an invitation to look at where you’ve abandoned yourself, where you’re ready to take your power back, and what it might feel like to live from your own truth instead of someone else’s script. As always, we don’t have it all figured out. We’re in the practice too. But we’re here, telling the truth, choosing ourselves out loud, and reminding you that you’re allowed to do the same. Episode 3: Erica's story

In this episode of Three Rebel Souls, Erica takes the mic and tells her story, the real one, not the polished version. Not the version shaped to make everyone else comfortable. The one with the messy middle, the hard choices, the quiet heartbreaks, and the sacred little rebellions that eventually led her back to herself. This conversation is about what happens when the life you’re “supposed” to want starts feeling too small for the woman you’re becoming. Erica shares pieces of her journey through self-discovery, reflection, and reclaiming her own truth; including the moments when outside expectations, old stories, and other people’s ideas of who she should be started clashing with what her soul actually wanted. We talk about resilience, self-acceptance, and the courage it takes to stop abandoning yourself just to keep the peace. We also explore the power of being surrounded by people who don’t need you to perform, shrink, or explain your becoming; people who can witness the real you and say, “Yes. More of that.” This episode is a reminder that your story is not something to hide from. It’s medicine. It’s evidence. It’s the map that shows you how far you’ve come and how much power you still have to choose what comes next. As always, we’re not here to wrap it all up in a perfect bow. We’re here for the truth, the tenderness, the f*****y, and the freedom that comes when we finally stop living by someone else’s script. Episode 1: We wouldn't have been friends before

Welcome to episode one of Three Rebel Souls — the “holy shit, we’re really doing this” episode. In this first conversation, we’re pulling back the curtain on the alchemy of us: who we are, how this friendship became such a sacred mirror, and why we felt called to hit record on the kinds of conversations most people only have behind closed doors. We talk about what it means to be truly seen — not the polished, palatable version of ourselves, but the messy, tender, still-figuring-it-out parts too. The parts that are scared to be too much, not enough, misunderstood, or rejected. And we name the truth that so many of us are craving the same thing: real connection, honest reflection, and the kind of friendships that remind us who the f**k we are when we forget. This episode is part introduction, part confession, part love letter to authentic friendship. We share pieces of our own stories, the fears that come with being vulnerable, and the deep medicine that happens when women stop performing and start telling the truth. We’re not here as gurus. We’re not here because we have it all figured out. We’re here because we believe our stories — told honestly, without shame, and with a little laughter along the way — can help all of us feel less alone. So grab a seat. This is where the masks come off, the real talk begins, and we remember that becoming ourselves was never meant to be a solo journey.
