I've been obsessed with this subject my whole life — and when the US government started dropping classified UAP files and politicians started saying "non-human biologics" in official hearings, I realized something embarrassing.     10. Why is Canada so silent

    Ten episodes. One question. We started this season with a YouTube video — a former Canadian Defence Minister talking about alien species like it was the most normal thing in the world. We've spent ten episodes trying to understand what he was pointing at, and why Canada has been almost completely absent from the most significant moment in UFO history. This is the finale. And this episode tries to answer the question. Canada was ahead of almost everyone on this subject. In 1950, a Canadian engineer named Wilbert Smith set up Project Magnet — an official government program to study UAP propulsion — before Project Blue Book, before almost anyone else. Canada has nearly 10,000 digitized government UFO documents sitting in Library and Archives Canada, free and public, that almost nobody knows exist. A Manitoba MP wrote Canada's Defence Minister in 2023 suggesting Canada had participated in a secret multi-nation UAP recovery program. Canada's own chief scientist called for a UAP office in 2025. Nothing happened. And in 2023, Justin Trudeau ordered something shot down over the Yukon. The Canadian government had a photo of it. They held it back because releasing it — and this is a direct quote from an internal email — "may create more questions than confusion." That sentence is the answer. This episode also covers what's in the most recent PURSUE document releases — including a classified US military report describing 25 orbs that reacted to weapons fire in the Gulf of Oman, whose behavior the source described as "they knew they were flying together," and whose video footage inexplicably corrupted. And two FBI reports from the same location on consecutive nights, where a witness discovered his analog watch was 25 minutes fast after the encounter — the only clock in the vicinity that showed a different time. Time distortion near UAPs has been reported for decades. Now it's in a federal file. Plus: Ross Coulthart's most recent reporting on Skywatcher — a private UAP research group that abruptly went dark from its Texas operations — and what he claims happened in February when the FAA suddenly shut down El Paso's airspace with no explanation. Governments are not passively watching anymore. Whatever this is — they're hunting it. Canada is not silent because nothing happened here. Canada is quiet because someone decided it should be.     9. Do you believe?

    Nine episodes in, we've covered the evidence. Government files. Congressional testimony. Whistleblowers under oath. Canadian cases with more physical evidence than Roswell. A sitting US Congressman describing classified footage of intelligent plasma orbs. The needle has moved. The case has been made. So this episode isn't about the evidence. It's about why you care. There's a professor at Notre Dame named Diana Walsh Pasulka who studies religion — and who has spent years studying the UFO phenomenon through a religious studies lens. Her thesis: for a significant number of people, belief in UFOs is functioning like a religion. Not in a dismissive way. In a serious, academic, this-is-what-religion-actually-does-for-humans way. The need to believe in something beyond the ordinary. Something that connects us to a bigger universe. Something that gives meaning to the fact that we're here, on this small planet, in the middle of an incomprehensibly vast cosmos. This episode is Peter's honest answer to that thesis. Why does he care? What does this subject actually do for him? And is wanting something to be true a problem — or is it just part of being human? It also covers the question that keeps coming up as disclosure accelerates: what would proof even look like in 2026? In an age where you can generate photorealistic video of anything in four minutes on a laptop, the bar for evidence has become almost impossible to clear. The more convincing something looks, the more suspicious people become. We have built a world where truth is the least believable thing. And then there's the psyop question. Ross Coulthart publicly raised concerns this month that the disclosure movement itself may be managed — that what the public is being shown is being curated, not opened.     8. Montreal's wild UFO story

    Canada's government is quiet on UFOs. No hearings. No task force. No Canadian equivalent of David Grusch. But Canadians? A completely different story. This episode is about the grassroots conversation happening in this country — the one that doesn't make it into Question Period or government press releases, but is very much alive. We start with the fourth PURSUE drop from the Trump administration — 40 new files including the now-viral "floating brain" video, a UAP intrusion at a nuclear weapons facility, and growing frustration in the serious UAP community that the most important files still aren't being released. Plus: Congresswoman Nancy Mace says agencies may be actively hiding files from Trump. The releases are real. But they might not be the whole picture. Then: Chris Rutkowski — Canada's most prolific UFO researcher and director of the Canadian UFO Survey — just published a major new book this week called Canada's UFO Secrets. And his latest survey shows Canadian UFO sightings at their highest point since the COVID pandemic, with the average sighting duration jumping from 16 minutes in 2023 to 47 minutes in 2025. People are seeing more. And what they're seeing is lasting longer. Then we get into the main story. Area 52 is a Montreal-based UAP podcast that has become one of the most listened-to in the world. Its producing partner, Luigi Vendittelli, became the youngest MUFON member on the planet at age 12 and eventually ran all UFO investigations across Canada as National Director of Investigations for MUFON Canada. In a recent episode of Area 52 — sharing it publicly for the first time — Luigi described two cases from his investigation years that he has never been able to explain. One involves photographs of a being taken by a Montreal woman on the 14th floor of her apartment building, held by a Montreal police officer for three years. The other involves a woman in rural Quebec who predicted — in front of nine witnesses including that same police officer — that a craft would fly directly over the house at exactly 11:11. It did. And what happened after that, involving a little girl named Lily and two people who had never met, is something you need to hear directly from Luigi. This episode also features real accounts from Canadians who responded to posts about UFO sightings — a family encounter near the tallest mountain in BC's interior, an orb-like being seen in a bedroom that wasn't remembered for fifteen years, a craft that came out of the water near a naval base in Esquimalt, and a private message describing purple-red plasma propulsion unlike anything in any UFO documentary. Canada is not silent. The people have been seeing things for years. They just haven't had anywhere to put it.

    7. X-Files vs Disclosure Day

    In 1993, a TV show started filming in Vancouver. It ran for nine seasons, had 20 million viewers at its peak, and shaped how an entire generation thinks about government secrecy and the possibility of extraterrestrial life. The X-Files was made in BC. And thirty years later, Steven Spielberg's UFO film Disclosure Day opened number one at the box office, the White House is releasing classified UAP files, and former intelligence officers are testifying before Congress under oath. How did we get from "the truth is out there" to the truth actually being released? This episode traces the cultural shift — from UFOs as entertainment to UFOs as news — and looks at three specific moments that changed everything. It also covers something the CIA just admitted in the most recent document release: that in the 1950s, the government ran a deliberate policy of debunking UFO sightings to protect secret military programs. The stigma that kept people quiet for seventy years wasn't an accident. It was engineered.     6. Age of the Orbs

    The most commonly reported UAP shape according to NUFORC — the main civilian UFO reporting database in North America — is the orb. Not saucers. Not triangles. Orbs. And when you look at Canadian cases specifically, the pattern is impossible to ignore. Shag Harbour 1967 — orange lights over water. Falcon Lake 1967 — a golden glow near the ground. CADORS aviation reports — commercial pilots describing orbs keeping pace with aircraft over Canadian airspace. And a growing community of Canadians reporting orbs over water, over fields, on rural highways at night. This week the Trump administration released new classified UAP files including a video called "Orbs Over the Pond" — a plasma-like sphere hovering above water, stationary for 45 minutes, then gone. Congressman Eric Burlison described seeing plasmoid footage in a classified government briefing that he calls "unshakable." David Grusch described the phenomenon as including "sentient plasmoid life." This episode connects all of it — the Canadian cases, the current files, the Congressional testimony, and the directed energy weapons the Pentagon just publicly demonstrated for the first time.     5. Shag Harbour vs David Grusch

    Shag Harbour is called Canada's Roswell. But that label undersells it. Roswell's entire story is built on absence — missing records, retracted press releases, witnesses coming forward decades later. Shag Harbour has contemporaneous government documentation. The Canadian government filed it as an unidentified flying object the same night it happened. In writing. Never retracted. But the official record is only half the story. According to off-record testimony gathered from military personnel over years of investigation — the object didn't just sink. It traveled 25 miles underwater to a government submarine detection site. Naval vessels tracked it on sonar. And then a second craft arrived. The prevailing interpretation: it came to help the first. The military watched both objects on the seafloor for nearly a week.     4. Falcon Lake vs Bob Lazar

    In 1967, a Manitoba man spent a long weekend prospecting near Falcon Lake. He came home with burns on his chest, radiation in his system, and a story nobody could explain. The RCMP investigated. The Canadian Air Force investigated. Project Blue Book — the US government's official UFO program — investigated. Nobody explained it. This is Canada's most documented UFO case. It has more physical evidence than Roswell. And you've probably never heard of it. The Falcon Lake Incident is the UFO case everyone should learn first — before Roswell, before the Tic Tac, before any of it. A Manitoba industrial mechanic named Stefan Michalak had a close encounter in May 1967 that left physical evidence documented by government agencies in two countries, investigated by Project Blue Book, and never explained in fifty-seven years. This episode covers what happened that day, why the evidence is stronger than almost any other case in UFO history, and how Michalak's description of the craft connects to things Bob Lazar would claim to have studied twenty-two years later.     In 2005, a former Canadian cabinet minister stood up at a public event and said the US government had been secretly recovering non-human craft for decades. He named alien species. He said governments were covering it up. Everyone laughed. His name was Paul Hellyer. And eighteen years later, a decorated US intelligence officer said basically the same thing — under oath, before Congress. This episode is about the Canadian who called it first, why it matters, and what it tells us about where we are now. Paul Hellyer was Canada's Minister of National Defence in the 1960s. He unified the Canadian Armed Forces. He served under Lester B. Pearson and Pierre Trudeau. He was, by any measure, a serious person with serious credentials.
