Mandy Regan: Building a Boutique From the Ground Up, Balancing Mother Hood & Always Staying True to Herself

In this episode, I sit down with the owner of one of the fastest growing boutiques in Gilbert, Arizona. What started as an online business run from her home while raising three kids has grown into a storefront and now an exciting move into a beautiful new space right in the heart of downtown Gilbert. We talk about what it really takes to build a business while balancing motherhood, the highs and lows of entrepreneurship, and why being completely yourself can be your biggest competitive advantage. She shares how her unfiltered personality has helped create a loyal community that feels more like friends than customers and why authenticity has always been at the center of her brand. If you've ever felt caught between your twenties and your forties, you'll love hearing how she built a boutique for the women who used to shop at Forever 21 and pregame with Four Loko but are not quite ready for Chico's and now pregame with sleepy gummies instead. It is relatable, hilarious, and probably one of the most accurate descriptions of millennial motherhood you'll ever hear. This conversation is full of laughs, honest stories, business lessons, and reminders that success does not come from trying to fit into someone else's mold. It comes from owning who you are and creating something your community truly connects with. If you enjoyed this episode, be sure to subscribe, leave a review, and share it with someone who needs the reminder that success looks different for everyone. Jasmine Lugger: Being the youngest in the room, no one is eating anymore & AI isn't taking her job

In this episode of The Precision Pod, I sit down with Jasmine Lugger, owner of Jazzy Fit Co., to talk about her journey as an entrepreneur and the lessons she's learned along the way. We dive into what it's like being the youngest person in the room and why Jasmine has learned to embrace it rather than let it hold her back. She shares how making the decision to leave her hometown completely changed the trajectory of her life and opened doors she never would have found if she had stayed comfortable. Jasmine also gets real about the challenges of building a business, including the fact that many of her friends don't support her on social media. We discuss why chasing support from the people around you can be a losing game and how staying focused on your goals matters more than likes, shares, or outside validation. We also talk about college and whether it's the right path for everyone. Jasmine shares why her degree has little to do with the career she has today, what she actually gained from the college experience, and why she remembers more about the structure, friendships, and fun than the classes themselves. To wrap things up, we discuss AI and the future of the fitness industry. While technology continues to evolve, Jasmine explains why she isn't worried about AI replacing coaches and trainers anytime soon. At the end of the day, people need accountability, connection, and someone who truly understands their goals. If you're a student, entrepreneur, or someone trying to figure out your next step, this conversation is a reminder that there is no single path to success and that sometimes the biggest growth happens when you're willing to bet on yourself. Because Success Looks Different for Everyone. Because success looks different for everyone.

Ashley Adams: Against all odds; Kidnapped, Homeless & Data Scientist gone Pilates Instructor

⚠️ Content Warning: This episode contains discussions of abuse, kidnapping, homelessness, and other sensitive topics. Listener discretion is advised. Against all odds. In the very first episode of The Precision Pod, I sit down with a woman whose story will leave you speechless. From experiencing abuse, homelessness, and even being kidnapped, she faced obstacles that would have stopped most people in their tracks. She was told she would never make it, struggled through circumstances beyond her control, and was not expected to graduate. But she refused to let her circumstances define her future. Today, she is a successful model, data scientist, and Pilates instructor who has built a life many would never imagine possible given where she started. In this conversation, we dive into the realities of surviving trauma, overcoming adversity, finding purpose, and creating opportunities when none seem to exist. This episode is a reminder that your beginning does not determine your ending. No matter where you come from, what has happened to you, or what others expect of you, your story is still being written. If you've ever felt like the odds were stacked against you, this conversation is for you. Because success looks different for everyone. Welcome To All Things Precision

The Unofficial First Episode of The Precision Pod Welcome to the unofficial first episode of The Precision Pod. My name is Baylie Mason, and I'm here to share my journey, along with the journeys of others, as we navigate different paths to success. If you're new here, I started Precision Content in November 2024. I was just 18 years old, and honestly, this opportunity kind of fell into my lap. A few months before launching the business, I had been doing photoshoots and helping with minor marketing strategy planning for fun. Eventually, I decided to turn that passion into a business. I always knew I wanted to be a business owner. I just didn't expect it to happen so quickly. When I arrived at the University of Oregon that fall, I quickly realized it wasn't the right fit for me. I already had a business gaining momentum, I wasn't building the connections I had hoped for, and the environment simply didn't align with where I was mentally or professionally. After two terms, I made the decision to drop out. For me, it was one of the best decisions I've ever made. The difference was that I had a plan. I had goals. I wasn't running away from something. I was running toward something. Because of that, I was fortunate enough to see success from that choice. I started gaining more clients, expanding my services, and taking my business to the next level. Just two months after moving back home, I decided it was time to take another leap. At 19 years old, I moved into my first apartment and began paying for everything on my own, including every single business expense. Saying I'm proud of myself would be an understatement. Fast forward to today. I'm 20 years old, living in my second apartment, which has been a huge upgrade. I'm launching this podcast, working alongside two part time interns, and setting even bigger goals for myself and my business. This podcast is for everyone, but there are a few groups I especially hope to reach. I want to help high school students who are struggling to figure out their next step. I want to encourage young adults who feel lost or believe there's only one path to success. I want people to understand that nontraditional paths are valid and that success looks different for everyone. For the adults listening, I want you to know that it's never too late to chase your dreams, start over, or build something meaningful. My hope is that by sharing not only my story, but also the stories of people from different ages, industries, and backgrounds, we can inspire, educate, and encourage as many people as possible. Thank you for joining me on this journey. We're almost two years in, and we're just getting started. With love, Bay 🩷 Because success looks different for everyone.
