The National Student Enterprise Summit 2008 took place on Wednesday 12th March, in the Caird Hall Dundee. This podcast features highlights from all the guest speakers as well as the full audio presentation from each speaker. Over 1000 students were inspired by world-class speakers, such as James Caan and Frank Dick, who shared some invaluable business advice and helped students realise their own potential. The winners of the 2008 Business Plan Competition were also announced and awarded their prizes. SIE also showcased the top 5 student films from its new competition, 60 Second Shorts, and the winning Short was announced.

    Iain Taylor - audio

    Iain works with the not-for-profit organisation, Global Ethics, whose primary remit is to raise funds for humanitarian projects in developing countries. Their first initiative has been too launch a bottled water brand called One which donates all its profits to fund the development of unique roundabout powered water pumps, called Playpumps, in Africa.     Formerly British Athletics Federation Director of Coaching, Dr Frank Dick OBE is currently the President of the European Athletics Coaches Association.
