I’ve tried multiple Couch 2 5K podcasts over the years, and have never gotten further than two weeks in without getting bored and giving up. I just started the 7th week with Mia, and have signed up for an actual race in a month and a half. She’s hilarious, the music is sweet, and who doesn’t want a voice in their ear calling them a sexy beast mid-way through a run? Highly recommend.

This podcast changed my life. When I started I could not run for thirty seconds. Nine weeks later I competed in my first 5k (placing in the top three of my age group). The went on to a half marathon 3 weeks later. Coach Jones is the perfect motivator for people who don't take themselves too serious. This podcast is just about running but improving your mind. Coach Jones shows that we can still down a six pack on Friday night, and run like hell on Saturday. Give this podcast a try and you won't be disappointed. I did Version 3 of the C25K.
