Mamaste Yoga® - Prenatal Yoga

This podcast is perfect! The instruction is very easy to follow. I can do alot of yoga or just a little. It has brought peace and relaxation to my pregnancy. Thank you!

I cannot say enough how awesome Karen of Mamaste Yoga is. I went to her classes while pregnant with my second baby and I can honestly say her teaching aided me in having a drug free birth. She is so knowledgeable about the pregnant body and how to alleviate aches and pains that one gets while pregnant. If you can't get to her classes the Podcasts are the next best thing!! Every woman should watch and practice. So amazing!!

With my first pregnancy, I had time to go to a yoga studio for prenatal classes. It was such a stress-reliever physically and mentally. With my second pregnancy, I don't have quite as much time. I held out thinking I could make time to go, but never did. I'm so glad I found this podcast! I try to take 20 minutes every evening to do the 20 minute daily routine. But, even if I don't have 20 minutes, just 5 or 7 minutes for one of the shorter podcasts is a lifesaver! I wish I had found it sooner!

Very nice practice. I will be using it regularly until the baby arrives. Another 20+ minute daily practice would be great to spice up the routine a bit. Thank you!!!
