With such groups as Justice and The Bloody Beetroots, the electro rock is a genre that is quite simply blowing up in the electronic music community. Very few groups have been able to reach the level that these groups have, but Religion is well on their way to that level. Every single one of their remixes is impossible to put down. They have a bonofide hit in their remix of Boys Noize and Erol Alkan's colab 'Avalanche', successfully remixed Phoenix (as someone who has listened to about 30 different remixes of Phoenix songs, it is incredibly hard to make a good Phoenix remix), and even made Lady Gaga tolerable to listen to (as someone who listens almost solely to electro rock and metal). Religion is also one of the few music groups out there who are embracing social media, going beyond just making a myspace and a facebook by making a podcast and a soundcloud which allow them to release free remixes to get their names out there while also getting their orginal material out.
In short, this podcast is DEFIANTLY worth checking out. My only complaint is that they do not update it nearly enough, but it is understandable considering they are most likely djing and making new material. I wish this group continued success and hope that their name is mentioned with such groups as 'Boys Noize' and 'SebastiAn' in the near future
