    Run New England Episode 9

    Join me for another run outside of New England! Today I run with Ed, my colleague from JC Penney. We are in meetings in Plano, TX and boy is it HOT outside! The run was actually 99 degrees even though I mentioned it was 91 degrees! We run through a neighborhood across from the hotel and see how "the other half" lives! Nice houses, close together, and a Limo that's not even rented! If the quality seems better, it's my new improved HD camera!Thanks for watching!     Another episode that takes us beyond the New England states, but to a beautiful place none the less. Join me as I show you Central Park in New York City! Central Park is beautiful, large, and a great place for runners and bikers. No matter what you've heard, the people are VERY friendly and so are the animals that call it home!     Run New England Episode 7

    Part 2 of my 4th of July Mattapoisett Road Race with Nik and Dan! This episode we run the race with neighbor Jack. Don't miss the view at the 5 min mark, the Lighthouse is beautiful. Meet Seth as I perform the first ever interview while racing! Manny plays his trumpet to cheer us on! Meet my (Crazy, but fun!) neighbors! See Martin's finish and a moment of inspiration!     Run New England Episode 6

    Greetings and welcome to episode 6 of Run New England with John from the Poi! I'm a bit out of order so ignore when I refer to this episode as #7. It was supposed to be, but I wanted to get this out to coordinate with the great 4 Feet Running Podcast! Yes, If you like 4 feet running with Nik and Dan, you'll love the next Run New Enlgand! I run the Mattapoisett 5 mile road race and Nik and Dan join again this year! The weather was beautiful and you get to see just how beautiful the Poi is... but wait, This is just the begining of the race!     Today we run The Race For Dave and ponder why it is 5.3 miles long. This race benefits a local Policeman who was in a car accident while on duty and is now a quadriplegic. Also, for the first time in the history of this podcast, we have race coverage from an actual race!     Episode 03 Snowy Run in the Poi!

    After weeks of trying to edit this video on my PC and using several programs I finally got it done. Actually  my youngest Son got a new Mac for college graduation and his birthday so I inherited his old Mac. Clearly the Mac's are better for video editing and even though it's about 4 years old it worked MUCH better than Movie Maker and my PC!  And so I bring you episode 3 of Run New England! Today we talk about why I love running as suggested by Phil Moneypenny of Runcast.tv, a great website for running videos. The original intent was to post this in Feb during the Valentine season.
