I’ve been trying to listen to this podcast for the past two weeks, but the episodes won’t download and it keeps giving me an unavailable status. It’s too bad, this seemed like such a good podcast to check out for tips and information about acting.

I'm very grateful to Ben Hopkins for sharing his knowledge about Acting. It is very practical and informative. I just finished the talk about "conflict" and creating objective. Can't wait to finish the whole podcast. I'm buying a very nice notebook to write everything Ben says. I wish you more creativity, happiness, health & wealth, peace of mind & joy throughout the days of your life!
BEST IN SHOW!

As a public speaker, I’ve often suspected that acting class and/or voice lessons would do me a world of good. Without the time to attend formal classes, I hunted thru many podcasts and iTunes U courses and found little that was of much help - until I found Ben. THE INSTRUCTION HERE IS OF AMAZING HELP to one not formally trained in acting (tho’ I suspect many pros would benefit as well). Ben is completely down to earth, very easy to follow, and a delight to listen to. His insights have already helped me in my craft and I will be adding this podcast to my syllabus (I teach speaking at the graduate level). Whether you are looking to develop as a performer or simply appreciate the craft of acting, THIS PODCAST IS A MUST! By demystifying the process, Ben allows each of us to grow in our own communication and celebrate the talent and hard work of the people we see on stage and screen. Many, many thankS, Ben, for sharing your insights so generously!

An excellent resource

Like many of the other reviewers, I found Mr. Hopkin--or, rather, he found me-- through Twitter and through a steady stream of inspiring tweets and his blog, I eventually found my very first acting podcast. I am very glad I did. Mr. Hopkin's insights into acting come not only from his own training as an actor, but also from years of professional experience within Hollywood. Having been around this town myself as a journalist, I know firsthand how valuable that experience is. And it comes through in each podcast, as Mr. Hopkin clearly explains the in's and out's of acting technique and the business of acting itself. A must-listen resource for young actors hoping to make it in the entertainment business.
Surprisingly helpful

This is what all podcasts should be like. Concise, well-organized, and punchy. Each podcast is about an hour's worth of instruction packed into 15 minutes. Ben offers theory, anecdotes, practical "homework" assignments, and sometimes even a chance to interact with him personally. Highly recommended for actors at any level.
Amazing actor resource!!!
