"Electric City" » mixed by dattrax » Strictly Underground Classic House Music » PROMO » Oct1st, 2026

dattrax: Welcome my Fellow Brothers and Sisters who love house music. How are you doing? How is your life going? How are your relationships? Come escape to some house music from Toronto, Ontario, Canada for a bit!! This is my promo site which highlights one of my mixes for a month or so at a time. _________________ Just google, 'dattrax house music' and click the Podomatic link to get to my main site with over 200 house music mixes. _________________ 'Electric City' is a tribute to the city I love and where I fell in love with house music, Toronto. A tribute to its community of house music DJs, producers, promoters, club owners, everyone involved, and then all the party people/ the dancers (including those of us who can't dance but love to ;) This is a tribute to the house I got into, grew into, grew up in, and fell in love with each time we heard these tracks. A huge hi-five, hug and thank you to all the singers, producers, and DJs that made and played these tracks!! 'Classic House' is a shifting definition... just depends on when you got into house music and when those first 5 to 6 formative years were for you. For us, tracks made in 1985-1996 are considered 'classic' but we started partying in 1990, and from 1990 to 1996 we were privileged to have heard and danced to the earlier tracks. For "Electric City", I wanted to go for the 'what old is new again' intent, so it's not entirely a classic house mix because it contains some instrumental tracks that were created past '96 and I included covers and remixes of classics that had the same feel, had great sound quality and didn't care when those were actually produced. As always, we hope you enjoy this mix and that it gives you that house feeling from head to toe. Enjoy this ride!!! _________________ All the best to you and your loved ones. From your friendly neighbourhood Chinaman who LOVES house and LUVS you. May God Bless You and All Who You Love Abundantly 💜💜💜💜💜💜♥️ AMEN = So be it. Let it be so. Signifying Agreement 💜 All the best to you today, this week. For your life. This is my good fortune cookie for you today. Cheers, dattrax Could you please leave a review if you enjoy this mix or others? https://share.google/JBseSPl81sxdignbC _________________ Contact dattrax DJ Bookings for Canada, the US, or Global: dattrax@gmail.com Donate/Support: https://buymeacoffee.com/dattrax Connect on IG: https://www.instagram.com/house_music_by_dattrax/ Connect on FaceCrack: https://www.facebook.com/dat.so.940 _________________ ***THIS PROMO SITE ONLY HAS ONE MIX HIGHLIGHTED AT A TIME. _________________ COME & CHECK OUT our main site with 200+ mixes.
