The podcast interview which Goodin recorded live via Skype 'tripped the light' of the breadth of the Atlantic to document the intimacy of a 'day in the life' of Moyes, talking in casual conversation about his work, his techniques, thoughts and words. Additionally wrapped around the interview, three of Moyes's musical works are featured, acoustic guitar piece 'Sycamore', minimalist piece 'Mrs. Bridges' and electric guitar piece 'Falling In'.
