    April 3, 2026 - Season 16, Episode 115 of The Terrible Podcast is now in the can. In this Friday morning show, Alex Kozora and I get right into discussing Pittsburgh Steelers ILB Patrick Queen recently changing agents and what that move may or may not mean overall. We also look ahead to the 2026 season when it comes to Queen and what we hope to see out of him in his third season in Pittsburgh. The Las Vegas Raiders have now signed free agent QB Kirk Cousins, so we discuss that news as well as the known contract numbers. As part of that Cousins contract discussion, Alex and I discuss what impact, if any, his new deal will have on a contract that QB Aaron Rodgers ultimately signs with the Steelers in the coming days or weeks. The Steelers have had a few of their own unrestricted free agents sign elsewhere since our last show, so we go over the who and the where as part of that conversation. We also review who we spotted from the Steelers at the Indiana pro day on Wednesday. Our own Ross McCorkle recently posted about the explosive passing plays the Steelers registered in 2025, so we go over the data he compiled and what it means. We also look ahead at the Steelers hoping to register more explosive passing plays in 2026 and how they might be challenged to achieve such a goal, and especially with Rodgers at quarterback once again. Is there a strong chance that former Penn State OG Olaivavega Ioane will ultimately fall to the Steelers in the first round of the 2026 NFL Draft? We attempt to answer that question by looking at team needs when it comes to the current draft order of the 20 selections ahead of Pittsburgh.     April 1, 2026 - Season 16, Episode 114 of The Terrible Podcast is now in the can. In this Wednesday morning show, Alex Kozora and I get right into discussing the several things that Pittsburgh Steelers HC Mike McCarthy and team president Art Rooney II both said in recent interviews while the two were in Arizona for the NFL's annual league meetings. We first discuss whether Rooney II indeed now has a firm deadline for a decision by QB Aaron Rodgers. We also discuss what McCarthy has said recently about his conversations with Rodgers. McCarthy talked more about Steelers QB Will Howard the last few days, so we go over those quates. We also discuss McCarthy talking more about the kind of wide receiver he might be looking for in this year's draft. As part of that wide receiver discussion, Alex and I look back at some measurables from that position group that McCarthy has previously drafted while he was the head coach of the Green Bay Packers and Dallas Cowboys. We compare those measurable averages to several top wide receivers in this year's draft class. Will McCarthy, Khan, or both show up at the Indiana pro day on Wednesday? We discuss that question in addition to what McCarthy said recently about only attending one pro day so far even though he had planned to make six of them this offseason. After wrapping up all the things that McCarthy and Rooney have recently said, Alex and I discuss the probability of the Steelers selecting a quarterback in this year's draft. We look at what McCarthy seems to be looking for as far as quarterback measurables and how former Arkansas QB Taylen Green fits those. Green, by the way, is reportedly scheduled to come to Pittsburgh for a pre-drafty visit. The Steelers are also reportedly bringing in former Memphis OT Travis Burke for a pre-draft visit, so Alex and I discuss what we know about him and how he might be a day-three selection candidate for the team later this month. Alex recently spotted several key members from the Steelers at the Tennessee pro day so on the heels of those sightings, we discuss the two top cornerbacks from that school and the possibility of the Steelers selecting one of them in the first round later this month. Would the Steelers really consider selecting former Oregon TE Kenyon Sadiq in the first round of the 2026 NFL Draft? We address that question thanks to recent comments made in an online chat by Gerry Dulac of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette.
