The first book of the Bible sets the stage for everything that follows. To understand Genesis is to understand the nature of our creation, the predicament of man, and the glory of God in His redemptive plan. The book traces the origin of all things, beginning with creation itself and moving to God's establishment of Israel as the chief nation on Earth.

Thank God for Stephen’s knowledge of the Bible. I’m 72 and I’ve never even had much of this glorious book explained the way he has explained it. I feel so grateful to be directed to this podcast. This is part of my daily wake-up time now. ❤️
Thank you, God, for giving us some with the gift of preaching and teaching. It has been a pleasure studying Genesis and listening to Stephen’s sermons. He always brought a sound perspective that prompted consideration. He will be greatly missed here on earth.
I came to know him only this past year while studying Genesis in Bible Study Fellowship. His teaching and preaching were impressive so I dug deeper only to find that God took him during the Covid pandemic. I was very sad to see that God called him home but grateful for the ministry he left behind. I will be following his sermons in Matthew, as BSF studies that book next year. I welcome all to find a local BSF group and do the same.
May God bless, comfort and have mercy on his family, church and friends who are mourning.
Your teaching has excited me to continue reading the Bible!
