Yikes

I love you Paul, but I’ve been skipping a lot of the episodes lately because the guests are quacks like this one or they’re into new age-y voodoo. I’m coming up on 5 years sober and in the program so I get the “spirituality” talk, but I think these kinds of guests are dangerous to people trying to get real scientifically backed help.

I guarantee John had personality disorder or bi polar disorder before he went crazy and he was self medicating... I can relate I suffer from this and are now Medicated
