I listened to most of the episode concerning the Gift of Tongues. There were a couple things I wanted to graciously correct you on: No, it is not simply something explainable by science. Not everything can be explained by science. The Gift of Tongues and the other Charismatic gifts are in this category. They are 100% from God. Also, your imitation of Tongues wasn't anything like it. It should be an authentic, fluent language which the person praying doesn't natively speak. Obviously, that would mean it sounds like babbling to most people present. Yours was definitely baby gibberish :) Lastly, it isn't an emotional, "feel good" experience, it is praying to and worshipping God, it's all for Him and his greater glory and the building up of His One Holy Catholic and Apostolic Church!!!
