Kind of Epic Show

I really dig the show. I caught their podcasting panel at Indiana Comic Con in March of 2014 and have been listening regularly since then. I enjoy the vibe of their show and the content is always current and interesting. They do a great job of getting guests from many different areas of geek culture. Sometimes the guests are people who I wouldn't know anything about if they didn't feature them on the show. My only complaint is when they leave in parts that should be edited, such as requesting guests or interviewees to record a bumper. When you leave audio of Gabe giving them the line, it defeats the purpose of hearing the guest say it. Especially when they need it repeated, or are asked to do a second take.

I saw this guys at a con and downloaded a bunch of their episodes. When I saw them, they seemed like good guys with a lot to say. This episode was hard to hear because they were talking over each other and the sound quality was bad. If that was all that was wrong, I'd give them another chance, but what was worse was they were all drinking and not making much sense. Not that I could make out much of what they were saying because they were all laughing like drunks are wont to do and talking over each other. You let me down guys.

I've Known David West from Full Sail University 4 years ago and I'm loving the podcasts that he's been coming out with over the past year with Kind of Epic! I love the people they're able to get on for interviews and it's totally awesome they're using some of my tracks for their theme music, you guys get a tip of my hat! I suggest this for anyone nerdy, a great source of news and reviews of the nerdy realm!
