    What Does My Baptism Mean? | Colossians 2:6–15

    What does my baptism actually mean? In this message, we look at Colossians 2:6–15 to discover what baptism declares about our faith and what Jesus has accomplished for us. Baptism doesn't save us, and there is no power in the water itself. We are saved by grace through faith in Jesus Christ. But baptism is the God-given, visible expression of that faith—a public declaration that Jesus is our Savior, our Lord, and our confidence. Paul gives us three powerful pictures of what baptism means: My baptism declares in whom I trustMy baptism is a picture of what has happened to meMy baptism celebrates what Christ has done for me When we go into the water, we picture being buried with Christ. When we come out, we picture being raised with Christ to new life.     Hannah and the Posture of Surrender

    What does surrender look like when the answer you’re praying for hasn’t come? In 1 Samuel 1, Hannah gives us a powerful picture of biblical surrender. Her circumstances had not changed. She was still waiting, still hurting, and still without the answer she desperately wanted. Yet after pouring out her heart before God, Hannah walked away with a different posture. Surrender is what trusting God’s character looks like before His providence becomes clear. In this message, we explore what Hannah teaches us about trusting the sovereignty of God, honestly bringing our pain to Him, and releasing our need to control the outcome. True surrender isn't confidence that God will give us exactly what we want—it is confidence that God will always remain who He has revealed Himself to be.     He Finished What He Started | When God Comes Down | Follow: The Story of the Exodus 40

    God didn’t just bring Israel out—He came to dwell with them. In the final chapter of Exodus, the wilderness journey reaches its true climax: not land, not law, but the presence of God filling the tabernacle. After failure, restoration, and faithful obedience, the cloud descends and the glory of the Lord fills the tent. The story isn’t about Israel arriving somewhere—it’s about God arriving to His people. This fulfillment points forward to Christ, where in John we see that the Word became flesh and “dwelt among us.” And it continues in us today, as 1 Corinthians reminds us that we are now God’s temple through the Holy Spirit. God still leads His people—not by a cloud in the sky, but by His Spirit within. Exodus ends with God’s presence leading His people forward. And so does our faith.

    The God of Glory and Grace | FOLLOW: The Story of the Exodus XXV | Exodus 34

    When Moses asked God, "Show me Your glory," God's answer wasn't a display of power—it was a revelation of His character. In Exodus 34, God proclaims Himself as "merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and abounding in steadfast love and faithfulness."
