The value of friendship that won’t last forever

The value of friendship that won’t last forever Today, I want to talk about something very personal: friendship, saying goodbye, and the question of whether it is still worth making new friends when we know that, one day, people may leave our lives. When I learned that my friend would be leaving, I felt genuinely sad. I cried, and I started thinking about something that I had probably felt before but had never fully expressed:  If people eventually move away, relationships change, and friends become less involved in our daily lives, what is the point of making new friends in the first place? Should we avoid new friendships simply because they might not last forever? Today, I want to explore this question through my own experience and, especially, through something my friend said to me that helped me see the situation differently. Enjoy!

    4 Steps of Nonviolent Communication

Nonviolent Communication Today, I want to talk about communication in a slightly different way. Have you ever had an argument with someone and realised afterwards that the original problem was actually quite small? Maybe someone didn't reply to your message.  The event itself may have been relatively simple, but somehow the conversation becomes much bigger and violent. The book Nonviolent Communication: A Language of Life introduces a framework built around four components: Observation → Feeling → Need → Request. It gives us a way to slow down a conversation and ask: What actually happened? What am I feeling? What do I need? And what am I asking for? Today, I want to explore these four components and, more importantly, show you how you can actually use them in everyday conversations. Enjoy!

    How to stop overthinking?

How to stop overthinking? Today’s topic is particularly personal for me: overthinking. I have a tendency to think ahead. When something is uncertain, my mind naturally wants to fill in the missing information. So today, I want to explore why this happens and, more importantly, what we can actually do when our thoughts begin running ahead of our lives. Highlights: What to Do When You Catch Yourself Overthinking Step 1: Name the thought Step 2: Write down facts vs. assumptions Step 3: Identify one concrete action Step 4: Set a “thinking boundary” Step 5: deliberately redirect attention to the present Enjoy!

How to set boundaries in relationship？

How to set boundaries in relationship? A healthy boundary is not about pushing people away. It is not about becoming cold, selfish, or independent to the point that you don't need anyone.  A boundary is simply a way of saying: “This is where I am comfortable. This is what I can give. This is what I need. And this is how I want to participate in this relationship.” Today, I want to explore what healthy boundaries actually mean, why they can be so difficult to set, how boundaries are different from walls, how to communicate them without feeling guilty, and what to do when other people don't like them. Enjoy!

How doing sports makes us happy?

How doing sports makes us happy? Today, I want to talk about something that has become an important part of my life: sports and exercise.  We usually think about exercise as something we do to keep our bodies fit, but I've gradually realized that exercise can also change the way we think and feel. Sometimes, after a workout, I don't just feel physically tired. I feel mentally lighter, calmer, and refreshed.  So today, I want to explore why moving our bodies can make us feel happier. Enjoy!

Why great speakers aren't always great writers?

Why great speakers aren't always great writers? Today, I want to talk about something I’ve been thinking about for quite a while: Why Great Speakers Don't Always Make Great Writers. And actually, this episode started with a very simple observation. I’ve met people who are incredibly interesting when they talk. They have so many ideas. They can tell stories, explain things, make connections, and make you want to keep listening. But when you ask them to write those ideas down, something changes. Suddenly, the ideas disappear.  And this made me wonder: Why is that? If speaking and writing both use language, why can someone be good at one and struggle with the other? Maybe we have been thinking about language ability in the wrong way. Maybe being a good speaker and being a good writer are not simply two levels of the same skill. Maybe they are two different ways of thinking. And today, I want to explore that idea with you. Enjoy!

You don't need to be a leader to build leadership

You don't need to be a leader to build leadership From March to July 2026, I participated in a leadership development programme. When I first enrolled, I had a very simple question. What does a leader look like? In my mind, leadership belonged to people with titles—managers, CEOs, professors, directors —who were already in positions of authority. But after six workshops and four months of reflection, I realized something unexpected. I had been asking the wrong question.mThe question was never, "How do leaders behave?". The better question was, "Who am I becoming?". Because leadership isn't something you suddenly receive when someone gives you a title. Leadership is built long before anyone calls you a leader. Today I'd like to share six lessons that completely changed how I understand leadership. Enjoy!

Whether it's with your partner, your parents, your friends, your colleagues, or even complete strangers, conflict is unavoidable. The question is not whether conflict will happen—it will. The real question is: what do we do when it happens? Today, I want to share five mindset shifts that can completely change the way you navigate conflict.  Let's begin. Enjoy!
