Just listened to you and Johanna Butterworth. I lead an exercise class called Matter of Balance at our senior center (for about two years now) and have struggled with how to bring music in. It is not yoga but also not without flow. There are 90s and there are 50s and they are disparate folk. I have a 94 year old sing different marching songs for the short marching sequence and she knows many - or I’ll sing a WWII marching song Dad taught me. This has inspired me to keep figuring it out as well as enlightenment about my own burnout with herbalism. Thank you!

This was such an interesting podcast. I loved hearing about Nico Berry’s creative process. He was so thoughtful and insightful. I also thought Maia did a great job interviewing him, and digging deeper into how he develops his art. I don’t normally think of myself as a creative person, but this really helped to expand my view of what that means. I’m excited for the second episode!
