Evalve Out Loud is where I think through the intersection of education and AI, out loud. I'm Dr. Chris Sanzeri, founder of Evalve Consulting. I spent 15+ years in public education leadership, and now I help education organizations implement AI that actually works: custom tools, workflow automations, and practical guidance. This isn't a polished production. It's me working through real problems: how schools can actually adopt AI, the tools and automations I'm building, and what it looks like to run a one-person consulting practice from the ground up. If you see problems in education and want to fix them instead of just venting about them, this is your space too. New episodes every Wednesday. Find more at evalveconsulting.com.

    EP 09: Revenue First

I spent weeks building a tool nobody had paid me to build, and it earned me exactly zero dollars. In this episode I walk through a discipline I call revenue first: before I let myself touch a building task, I do a selling task. I share the stack I buil...

EP 08: Ground It In Your Documents

The fastest way to lose your staff's trust in AI is to let it make something up about your own policies. In this episode, I walk through grounding: giving the AI your own documents so it answers from your source of truth instead of the open internet. I...

EP 07: Pricing Without a Menu

The scariest question in a one-person business is five words long: so what do you charge? In this episode, I explain why I threw out my price list before publishing it, and what I do instead. I walk through the three decisions a published menu quietly ...

EP 06: Toy Register to Curriculum

I built a toy cash register app for my daughter. A Reddit post from a stranger turned it into a real special education curriculum. In this episode I follow the thread. A transition teacher was hunting for a banking and point-of-sale app his high school...

EP 04: How to Run a 90-Day AI Pilot

You do not need a policy, a committee, or a two-year adoption cycle to bring AI into a school district. You need ninety days, one real problem, and the willingness to measure whether it worked. In this episode I walk through the 90-day AI pilot from st...

    EP 03: What Broke Me

EP 02: What Teachers Need from AI
