    Female Rage, Hormones & The Things Women Don’t Talk About

    This week on Face Facts, we’re going down a very honest (and slightly chaotic) rabbit hole. From hormones and ovulation to female rage, perimenopause and the moments where you genuinely question whether you’re in control of your own emotions… We’re talking about the things women experience but don’t always feel comfortable admitting. We dive into body dysmorphia, mental health, disordered eating, the pressure to look a certain way and the unrealistic standards women are constantly expected to meet. We also discuss celebrity culture, Katie Price, the public judgement women face, and why everyone suddenly becomes an expert when a woman changes her appearance. But it’s not all serious… We’re getting into everything from Soho Farmhouse, quitting alcohol, our biggest icks, biohacking, calories on menus, hair loss, our current favourite makeup products and the everyday things that make us feel like ourselves again.
