    Caroline Moquin-Joubert: Dual-sport life, hockey national titles & Team Canada flag football

    Caroline Moquin-Joubert played two varsity sports at Concordia University at the same time — hockey and flag football — and made it to a national championship game five times across both. Now she's the captain of Team Canada's women's flag football team, coming off a third-place finish at the 2025 World Games in Chengdu, China. In this episode of Double Major, Caroline talks with host Alex McComb about the reality of juggling two varsity programs and a double major, the culture she learned from Concordia hockey and carried into a growing flag football program, the injury that tested her, and the imposter feeling she had to work through the first time she wore the captain's letter.     Vic Tedondo: Gridiron Academy, military roots and the 'why not us?' mentality

    Coach Victor Tedondo moved to Canada from Cameroon at 10 years old, didn't put on a pair of shoulder pads until he was a teenager, and went on to play collegiate football at the University of Ottawa. While serving in the Canadian Armed Forces, he founded Gridiron Academy — now one of the most important player development programs in the country, with dozens of athletes playing at the D1 level and reaching the NFL and CFL.
