thinking out loud by full potential club

Sierra

Hey, I'm Sierra. Founder of Full Potential Club, a community for ambitious women who are building something real and want to do it without losing themselves in the process.. and also a marketing coach for content and how to spread the word about what you do. I started this because I kept having the same conversations. With my coaching clients. With full potential club members. With women who are talented, driven, and genuinely great at what they do, but who feel like their marketing, their business, even their goals, don't quite feel like them anymore. There's a lot of noise out there about how to grow. How to post. How to show up. And somewhere in trying to follow all of it, a lot of us end up feeling more forced than free. This is my corner of the internet where I think out loud about that. Marketing. Ambition. Self-Improvement & Personal Growth. What alignment actually looks like in business. The honest parts of building something from scratch. What I'm learning from working with women who are chasing big goals while still trying to feel like themselves. It's not a polished podcast. It's not a strategy breakdown. It's just me, recording a thought when I have one, sharing it in case it lands for you too. If you're an ambitious woman building a business, or figuring out how to, welcome! We'd probably get along. sierrakennedycontent.substack.com

    permission to change your mind

Okay, I’m just going to say it, negotiating with yourself is exhausting. And I’ve been doing it for a tiny while now, actually without even knowing it. In this episode I’m thinking out loud about something I finally gave myself permission to do this week: change my mind. (even writing that feels hard, because it feels like I’m committing to something unknown!!) But this permission to change my mind is about my businesses, my vision, the path I swore I was staying on no matter what. If you’ve ever felt like you’re in a constant battle between who you said you’d be and who you’re actually becoming, or being pulled in the direction of, this one’s for you. Today we’re talking about: * Running two businesses and finally making peace with it * Why we hold ourselves to visions that no longer fit * The permission slip I needed (and maybe you do too) * What it actually means to trust the process when you’re a generator, a planner, and a little bit of a control freak all at once As always, here’s the raw, real version. Unedited, uncut, and very much me just being human. Thanks for being here for it and let me know what you think. I’d love to hear if this was helpful, eye opening or even just resonates. As always, raw, real, unedited. Very much me just being human. I’d love to know if this resonates, hits close to home, or even just gives you a little exhale. Drop a comment or send me a message. Genuinely. And if you’re craving more of this, real conversations with ambitious women who get it, Full Potential Club might be your people. We meet monthly online and in Calgary. you’re not failing, you’re just constantly evolving

If you’ve ever felt frustrated because you’re changing your offer, refining your business, or pivoting your strategy, this episode is for you. Today, I’m sharing an honest behind-the-scenes look at what entrepreneurship actually feels like once the excitement wears off. We often think that once we build the “right” offer or find the “perfect” business model, everything will finally click. But the reality is that building a successful business requires constant learning, refining, and evolving. In this episode, I talk about: • Why pivoting your business doesn’t mean you’re failing. • The type of resilience no one talks about as a woman entrepreneur. • How perfectionism and high achievement can make growth feel like failure. • Why constantly improving your offer is actually a sign that you deeply care about your clients. • How to stop viewing every pivot as “starting over” and start seeing it as building something stronger. If you’re a service provider, coach, creative, or purpose-driven entrepreneur who wants to create meaningful impact while building a sustainable business, this conversation will remind you that growth isn’t linear, and that’s exactly how successful businesses are built. If this episode resonated with you, I’d love to hear from you. Leave a review, share this episode with another woman entrepreneur, or send me a message on Instagram and let me know what stood out. Looking for a community of ambitious women entrepreneurs who genuinely understand what you’re building? Join Full Potential Club, where you’ll find connection, accountability, networking, business support, and women who are committed to growing alongside you. If you’re ready to stop guessing with your marketing and finally create content that consistently attracts your ideal clients, apply for Content Confidence Collective, my marketing coaching program designed to help women entrepreneurs build confidence, simplify their strategy, and market their businesses with clarity. the real reason i became a marketing coach (it actually has nothing to do with the marketing)

In this episode, I’m sharing the story of feeling stuck in a career that didn’t light me up, the question that changed everything, and why I believe content creation is one of the most powerful tools we have to build a life that’s actually aligned with who we are. If you’ve been craving more purpose, fulfillment, or freedom in your work, this one’s for you.For years, I knew something was off. I was doing what I thought I was supposed to do: work, pay bills, wait for the weekend, and repeat. But I couldn’t shake the feeling that there had to be more. In this episode, I’m sharing the story of how that realization eventually led to Full Potential Club, marketing coaching, and my belief that content creation isn’t about attention- it’s about creating opportunities, sharing your message, and building a life that feels aligned with who you are. If you’ve ever wondered whether you’re meant for something more, I think you’ll relate to this conversation. And if you’re listening to this and you’re in a season where you’re craving more alignment, more purpose, or more support, I’d love to invite you into my world. Full Potential Club was created for women having these exact conversations and asking these exact questions. And if you’re building a business and trying to figure out how to communicate what you do, market yourself, and grow sustainably, that’s exactly what I help clients do through marketing coaching.
