But the truth is, everybody carries something. In this episode of The Broken Ones, we explore what baggage really is, not the trauma itself, but the emotional fingerprints it leaves behind. From fear, shame, and grief to trust, relationships, and self-worth, this conversation challenges the idea that healing means becoming untouched by the past. Instead, it asks a different question: what if the goal is not to get rid of our baggage, but to understand it? A raw and honest reflection on trauma, self-awareness, love, and the freedom that comes when we stop judging ourselves for the things we carry. Because baggage is not proof that something is wrong with you. It is proof that you have lived.

Maybe the question shouldn’t be “are you healed?”, it should be “How do I live with what I’ve been through without turning on myself?”…

It’s about moments that cracked us open and the strength we have felt picking up the pieces - on our own. It’s about being ok with being broken, with being UN-healed - with carrying baggage so heavy others wouldn’t understand.
