Jen's work has been published in magazines around the world and she is now attracting ideal clients 2-4 sessions per week. The Confidence Crisis Nobody Talks About — Motherhood, Identity, and Why Community Matters

A photographer friend recently asked Casey a simple question: "Have you always been this confident?" The honest answer took her back further than she expected. In this episode Casey shares a personal flashback to her childhood, her mom always saying they were lucky and how that shifted dramatically when she became a mother. This episode is about that unraveling, and the specific role community played in helping her find her way back. What you'll hear in this episode: — A personal look back at Casey's childhood and early sense of self — Why becoming a mother shook her confidence in ways she didn't expect — The connection between identity, motherhood, and self-doubt — How community (not willpower alone) helped rebuild what motherhood had disrupted — Why you don't have to have it figured out to start rebuilding your confidence This episode is for the mother who used to feel sure of herself and isn't quite sure where that version of her went and who's ready to hear that community might be exactly what helps her find it again. → 1:1 Mentorship with Casey — apply now: https://alignedphotographercollective.com/ → February Aligned Motherhood Retreat: https://photosbycaseylouise.com/aligned-motherhood-a-photography-retreat/ → Join Casey's email community: https://photosbycaseylouise.myflodesk.com/photographycommunity → Photography Instagram: @photography_by_casey_louise → Photography website: photosbycaseylouise.com Keywords: motherhood confidence, losing yourself in motherhood, mom identity crisis, photographer mom, community for moms, motherhood and business, aligned photography business, photography business mentor, rebuilding confidence, maternity photographer
