This is a series of four interviews I did with my father in late 2014 and early 2015 about his childhood and adulthood up to about age 40. The series image is of a press photo from 1956 of Dad with his parents on the announcement that he had been awarded the Rhodes Scholarship.

    Fourth interview: life as a lecturer

    In this fourth and final interview, Dad talks about the 60s and the first half of the seventies, during which time he was a lecturer at the University of Queensland and then a senior lecturer at the University of Melbourne. He also talks about his growing family.

    In this interview, we circle back. Dad talks about his debating and running, more about his religious trajectory, and about the Rhodes. There is some overlap with the second interview, but lots that is new, especially about how he met Mum and their early relationship.
