The Perfect Collapse

Haven’t started this - per the reviews & ratings, I decided not to. I’m just using this as a vehicle to give the podcasters some feedback - from an avid podcast listener. Since this one of the few (so far) pods on this topic, I was absolutely going to give it a shot. HOWEVER- the fact that the episodes aren’t even numbered is SO ANNOYING and shows me a lot. So I’m not going to waste time trying to piece it together - it doesn’t sound like the content is worthy. One reviewer said “see you next time”. I’m assuming they’re referring to the letter C. But,because for me, I will not be back for a next time. Such a missed opportunity here.

At one point the author claims it is not possible for ambien and Ativan to not produce sleep - this just shows the author is utilizing what she believes is common sense, whilst disregarding expert opinions and those who suffer with mental health. During psychological distress it is not uncommon at all for these medications, even when combined, it is not uncommon at all for them to fail inducing sleep. Also author actually believes Lindsay Clancy planned this in advance as a scheme to kill her children and get away with it. There are a million ways for a monster to kill their family and try to get away with it… but absolutely nobody ever would come up with such a ridiculous scheme as a way to commit the perfect crime. Author should be embarrassed for saying that out loud. What a disgusting podcast this is. See you next time..::

I was not able to listen to or watch the actual trial so I came into this trying to understand exactly what happened. Although I found the actual recordings that occurred during the podcast, extremely informational and really helpful and understanding aspects of this case I found the person creating this podcast to be extremely biased in her opinion on what happened here. It was very distracting since she is not a trained medical professional or a mental health professional or a legal professional. To be trying to sway listeners to follow her narrative is not the way a podcast should be done. I was hopeful this would be more based on actual factual evidence rather than pepper throughout with one person’s point of view. I actually did not even listen to her “experts” interviews since they really have no relevance on the actual facts of this case. Also, the ads in this are so horrifically placed, and so distracting and disruptive. It makes the listening experience very unpleasant. I think if additional seasons are going to come out on various cases, the person creating, these should leave their own opinion out of it and strictly report facts and really reconsider the ad placement throughout the podcast to make the listening experience, tolerable

I have 3 episodes left into this Podcast. I found it informative. Glad I didn’t read the reviews first. Clearly the reviews want the host to side with Lindsay. This host probably presented the most court footage I have heard. Listen for yourself if you want to get the facts. Its a Podcast people, the host is entitled to their opinion as well. And regardless of what anyone thinks about this case. There’s still 3 innocent lives that are no longer here.
