Poems for Mental Health Awareness Day

Saturday October 10th is mental health awareness day. I have written a collection of poems to hopefully give people hope. If I inspire just one person to contact someone for help. Then that will make it all worthwhile. This is the reading of my poems and  if anyone wants to talk to someone there are people at the Sunlight Centre in Gillingham Kent that can listen and help. They run a Safe Haven every night from 6pm to 11pm.
