This week on Hear Me Out, I’m finally bringing somebody else into the conversation: my twin sister, KarMisha “Misha” Weaver. And once the two of us got on the mic together, staying on topic became almost impossible. 😂 We start by talking about what it’s really like growing up in the same household as twins while still having completely different personalities, habits, opinions, patience levels, spending styles, and ways of dealing with people. From there, the conversation goes everywhere. We debate which one of us actually has more patience, tell stories about family drama, school memories, old arguments, friendships, spending money, saving money, and the very different ways we move through life. We also decide to do something slightly dangerous and rank our siblings, which naturally turns into a whole debate of its own. Then things get even more interesting when Misha starts revealing things she’s never told me before. Apparently, she once ate candy that was meant for me, used me as a decoy to escape a guy she didn’t want to talk to, and committed what I personally consider a serious violation of twin and girl code by telling one of my old crushes that I liked him. And yes, I found that last one out while we were recording. 😭 This episode is full of side stories, disagreements, laughing, family memories, random detours, and the kind of conversations that happen when two sisters know entirely too much about each other. We may be twins, but this episode proves very quickly that sharing a birthday does not mean sharing the same brain.
