    Tuning In...Returning Non-Love with Love

Join us as we discuss the week's energy in the Pulse of Gene Key 4, moving from the global, human shadow of Intolerance to the Christ Consciousness or Divine Feminine Siddhi of Forgiveness, through the Gift of Understanding. This human experience of Intolerance is the needing to know, having to have a reason for what is happening and discomfort of not understanding why... and Reaction (the shadow of its programming partner Gene Key 49), have to do with the mental knowing. And, once we are Understand, we can see that the Intolerance begins within each of us. Understanding is the Gift of Self-Love, which then opens out to Loving others and what Life is bringing to us. That opens us to the field of Forgiveness.... Where we can Love with our mind and heart, a more Feminine relational beingness, where we can return non-Love with Love! Breathe, dear Ones. Trust.     Tuning In...Being a Wellspring of Virtue

    Thank you for being here with us as we Tune In...drop in, slow down, and take a pause... Join us as we discuss the week's energy in the Pulse of Gene Key 7, moving from the global, human shadow of Division to the angelic Siddhi of Virtue, through the Gift of Guidance. This human experience of Division is the brokenness, separateness and Discord (the shadow of its programming partner), mostly seen externally in our world's affairs, climate change tragedies and relationship issues. And, once we are aware, we can see that Division begins within each of us. Guidance is the Gift of becoming our own Guide, learning to trust and follow our Inner GPS and then modeling our wholeness in our living and loving and being-ness.     Tuning In...Leading with Humility

    Thank you for being here with us as we Tune In...drop in, slow down, and take a pause... Join us as we discuss the week's energy in the Pulse of Gene Key 31, moving from the shadow of Arrogance to the Siddhi of Humility, through the Gift of Leadership. This human tendency to feel a need to promote ourselves either from fear of not being enough or being seen or to feel validation, keeps us afraid or insecure. When we are approach life with a sense of enoughness, not needing to hide and show up authentically, we are modeling vulnerability and honesty and a new way of leading in the world. Authenticity, in Leadership, is what we are seeking, craving, and needing now. Where can you overcome the need to be anything other than who you are? Are you ready to operate from your Truth, Purpose and Essence? Where actions, words, and thoughts are not about "Me, Me, Me" and more in service to We! That opens us to the field of Humility.     Tuning In...Breathing into Freedom

    Thank you for being here with us as we Tune In...drop in, slow down, and take a pause... Join us as we discuss the week's energy in the Pulse of Gene Key 52, moving from the shadow of Stress to the Siddhi of Stillness, through the Gift of Restraint which closes out on the 1st of July, then we move into Gene Key 39's shadow of Provocation to the siddhi of Liberation through the pathway of the gift of Dynamism. These shadows of Stress and Provocation are lined up within us and activating our own human and collective consciousness of wanting to move from our current state of affairs. Through our own Breath, we can pull out of the chaos and into our own Stillpoints. Breathing deeply into our bellies and let our body know we are safe, we can disconnect from the anxiety that keeps us in mental loops, constrictions within our bodies and emotional states. AND, these shadows are what move us forward, with Restraint and Dynamism! Breathe, dear Ones. Return to our hearts, drop into Stillness and feel the Liberation/Freedom of that space!
