Menopause, hormones, hot flashes, mood swings, brain fog, and SIDEPIECE asking all the wrong questions! 😂💕 Welcome back to HO 2 HOUSEWIFE  The Podcast! In Episode 7, Lauren gets personal about her experience with perimenopause and why she believes more women need to talk openly about their hormones. Caroline puts on her Dr. Wolf hat, SIDEPIECE has absolutely no filter, and somehow a conversation about women's health turns into one of our funniest episodes yet. We're talking about hot flashes, night sweats, mood swings, weight gain, vaginal dryness, low testosterone, hormone replacement therapy, and all the things nobody warned us about getting older. Plus, SIDEPIECE has opinions about Lauren's Barbie shoes, Caroline's toilet paper earrings become a whole conversation, and we find out why apparently EVERYONE is going through menopause. 😂 We may laugh our way through it, but this conversation matters. Women deserve to feel heard, ask questions, and talk about what they're experiencing without feeling embarrassed. 💋 IN THIS EPISODE: 💕 Lauren's personal experience with perimenopause 🔥 Hot flashes, mood swings, brain fog, and night sweats 😂 Caroline becomes Dr. Wolf 🎭 SIDEPIECE's completely unfiltered reactions 💊 Hormone replacement therapy and testosterone 👠 The great Barbie shoe debate ❤️ Why talking about women's health matters Now we want to hear from YOU! Lauren Gets Pregnant By a Dolphin? And the 7 Dates You Need Before "I Do"

Lauren and Sidepiece went to Turks and Caicos on an all-couples trip, solo. And Lauren somehow came back with a story about getting hit on by a wild dolphin. Twice. 🐬 Then it's into the 7 Dates Challenge ,the framework they teased last episode for actually getting to know someone before you decide they're the one, instead of running purely on attraction: A no-alcohol conversation date (can they actually talk?)An active date (how do they handle competition and things not going to plan?)A group date with your friends and family (do they fit, or do they disappear into their phone?)A volunteer/service date (character shows up when there's nothing to gain)A planning date (do they put in effort, or do you have to lead every single time?)A real-life date — cooking, errands, the grocery store (temper and true colors come out here)And finally, the deep-talk date: faith, marriage, family, finances, and the futureIt leads somewhere real Lauren gets honest about her own pattern of going for attraction first and trying to "Build-A-Bear" the rest of a relationship into place, how that's exactly how she ended up married before, and why she's trying to guard her heart better this time around. 👀 If you made it this far, subscribe, it's free, and it helps. Lauren's Christian Glow-Up: No More Situationships, No More Sex | H2H Ep. 6

Caroline gets attacked by a literal swarm of wasps trying to empty her pool, hits her head, gets a concussion, and texts Lauren mid-shift that she's "not okay." That's a big deal, because Caroline never admits she's hurt. 🐝 Then Lauren recaps getting out of a situationship and calls it the most drama-free, logical breakup of her life, no chaos, no crazy, just two people going their separate ways. Naturally, that spirals into the real debate of the episode: acts of service vs. words of affirmation. Caroline swears she's an acts-of-service girl (exhibit A: her broken toilet and cracked sprinkler pipe), but Lauren pushes back, is it really acts of service, or is it consistency Caroline's actually after? SIDEPIECE pitches his next big idea: a Fantasy Man League, but you're drafting men. And then the moment that actually shifts the show: Lauren announces she's starting a "godly transition" through her church going celibate until marriage, done chasing validation from men who show up but don't lead, and looking for someone financially secure, emotionally mature, and ready to be a leader. Ho to Housewife, for real this time. 👀 Plus: Lauren says "whatever" 99 times in one episode, and Caroline calls her out on it live. If you made it this far  subscribe, it's free, and it helps. Do Women Expect Too Much From Men? Boyfriend IQ Test & Shock Collar Chaos | H2H Ep. 5

Caroline forgot her own call-to-action from last week (yes, really)  so before anything else, she's finally committing to the 7-dates-with-the-same-guy challenge starting next week. 👀 Then Side Piece gets blindsided with a literal shock collar as the new "stop talking over each other" rule, and things escalate from there. This week's big question: do women expect too much of men in 2026? Lauren and Caroline dig into the shift from old-school gender roles to partnership, why "50/50 isn't always 50/50," and why anyone born before 2005 is apparently off the table (sorry). Side Piece also takes the Boyfriend Intelligence Test, a 10-question pop quiz on everything from periods to concealer to sheet-washing frequency. (He did better than expected.) Then it's 50+ rapid-fire either-or questions pulled straight from you guys, including: Fake vs. real, clingy vs. independent, talking stage etiquetteLeft on read vs. a one-word reply — which one's worseSnooping vs. lying, and whether deleting messages counts as cheatingVenting about your relationship to friends and family: healthy or notHow many guys'/girls' nights is too manyGive up sports for a month, or sex for a monthThe crooked-parking-at-the-gas-station red flag debateWatching the show without your partner (a crime, apparently)Love languages, and what women think men care about but actually don'tPlus a hater award nobody asked for, but somebody earned.
