Tomas “Cap” Quin joined WLRH as a volunteer producer and host in 2025, bringing his vision for a goth and punk music program to life through his show, The Graveyard Shift. The show introduces listeners across the Tennessee Valley to new and classic goth, post-punk, and darkwave music, as well as a menagerie of interviews, dramatic readings, and more. Cap sadly passed away in April 2026. He was deeply passionate about sharing this music and culture. He believed in breaking down stigmas surrounding the goth community and creating a space where the goth and punk scene felt welcoming and accessible to all. More than anything, Cap was a genuine, kind, and loving person who gave so much to this community. His creativity, warmth, and spirit made a lasting impact on everyone who had the privilege of knowing him. Following his passing, Cap’s partner Skarlett Karson stepped in to continue his vision and is the current producer and host of The Graveyard Shift.   Join Skarlett Thursday nights at 7 PM and Sunday nights at 9 PM on WLRH HD-1 or listen live on the WLRH mobile app. Select episodes are also available to hear on-demand on the WLRH mobile app and Apple Podcasts.   Contact the host by clicking here!
