Episode 3: The Sounds of Shore!

This week brings another guessing game for you! Elle and Izzy recorded secret sounds across Shore’s campus. Can you guess what they are? Some of them are tricky, but most of us hear them each day, so keep your ears and mind open! Use this sheet to record your guesses as you listen. The Buddies of the Beaver Buzz were inspired by the idea of sounds as the focus for this episode. You will also hear various Shore students, teachers, and staff share their favorite sounds. As you listen, we hope you reflect on your favorite sound!

    Episode 14: Local Ghost Stories

You may have heard the buzz (pun intended!), but one of the hot auction items at this year’s Spring Benefit was the chance to record a podcast for The Shore Beaver Buzz! Winners, and sibling duos, Nate and Noah Tollerud (Grades 6 and 1) and Stacia and Eve McGee (Grades 6 and 3) teamed up based on their shared interests: local ghost stories. Together, they uncovered some spooky tales from around the North Shore.  A quick note for listeners: some of these stories might feel a bit too eerie to our youngest students. If that’s the case, feel free to skip this episode and tune in for Episode 15, coming in two weeks!
