The Sage Pain Podcast with Brenda Arnold

Brenda Arnold

This podcast is for you... YES! You. There are over 8 BILLION people in the world and the ONE thing I can guarantee we all have in common is that we experience pain on a daily basis. Whether it's chronic, fleeting, emotional, physical, or mental... we ALL experience it one way or the other. But HOW we experience it and work through is never the same. On The Sage Pain Podcast I, your host Brenda Arnold, take you on a journey of witnessing first hand the pain I have experienced or am currently working through, and invite others to sit with me as I ask them about their journeys and relationships with pain and what they have learned from it.  The goal of this space is to normalize talking about pain where it has been other wise taught to be a taboo subject, support those who are currently in the trenches of pain, and build a community of individuals who have already or want to learn how to embrace the wisdom of their pain.    I can personally guarantee this content is honest, unfiltered and never censored so that you never try to compare, alienate, or gaslight yourself or your pain ever again.  I'm glad you're here, let's get to it.
