    Inherited Views Of God Part 5

This teaching establishes that salvation is not merely forgiveness from sin. It is a transfer of government. The Christian life is therefore not about adding Jesus to an already established life. It is about surrendering the entire life to His authority. Many believers sincerely love God, serve faithfully, pray consistently, study Scripture, and remain active in ministry, yet beneath that commitment is often an exhausting belief that they must continually prove themselves to God. Their spiritual life becomes a cycle of measuring, striving, and wondering whether they have prayed enough, served enough, sacrificed enough, or done enough to remain pleasing to the Father. This broadcast exposes how performance can be inherited through family environments where approval was connected to achievement and through religious systems where acceptance seemed dependent upon spiritual consistency. Inherited Performance calls believers out of exhausting striving and into the freedom of living from the finished work of Jesus Christ. Grace does not weaken obedience. Grace establishes the proper foundation for it. When identity becomes rooted in Christ, obedience begins flowing from love, service becomes worship, faithfulness becomes gratitude, and failure no longer causes the repentant believer to hide from the Father. This teaching challenges every listener to examine the motivation behind their spiritual life and discover what it means to serve the King from acceptance, confidence, gratitude, and wholehearted surrender.

We approach the Father boldly because of Jesus while still bowing before Him because He is King. This teaching challenges every believer to surrender distorted perceptions, reject Christianity governed by fear, and learn to walk beneath the righteous, holy, and loving government of God.
