    A radical slowdown is required to heal generational trauma (you need to chill out)

    ✨When we can't continue on anymore, and our old coping mechanisms stop working, we're being forced into a deeper surrender. Our first step is to do nothing. It sounds counter-intuitive, but this is what's required to begin the journey of healing ancestral (generational) trauma. We need silence, stillness, and rest. ✨When we slow down, we're able to get underneath the hood of the psyche and emotional body. We're able to start noticing what's really going on within. We start noticing our thoughts, beliefs, emotions and reactions. We connect with our essence, our soul consciousness, who leads us forward. ✨If we don't slowdown, the unhealed parts of ourselves... the parts that have been trying to cope, manage and survive... continue to drive us through life. The ego will fight us every step of the way, but we must go deeper if we really want to understand the false self and finally break through these subconscious programs. ✨Slowing down is actually massive relief because we get to stop pretending that everything's working.
